We had our family Christmas with 16 people. The house was lovely with great views of water and morning sunrises. New Years Eve was awesome with fireworks all up and down the River. Kitchen was great for food prep. We had boys that loved the game room. Made lots of memories

Everything was clean and the Host was very informative. The space, layout, amenities and VIEWS of the house were spectacular. We celebrated our Mother's Birthday and she would not stop talking about what a dream this was. Our family is very active and enjoy family time, cooking and engaging in activities. This Home had just about everything from Indoor games and activities to outdoor ones as well. We even had some fishing thrown in (and caught trout) while many of us sat outside under the tiki situated by the dock., Dad playing the guitar and while some of us taught Mom the Hook and ring game. Our brother was able to pick us up right there in a pontoon boat where we had a lovely lunch literally down the coastline about 10 minutes away. Our Family will be talking about this Amazing vacation for a long time to come!

Amazing home with an amazing view

Our second time staying at Matt’s place. He totally renovated it and it’s a Ben better than before which is hard to accomplish. An amazing entertainment home with killer views. We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay.

An absolute GEM!

Astounding beauty in this home, inside and out. Perfectly appointed with the kindest and most warm host. Our family is so grateful for our time in this home- we will absolutely be back. We watched dolphins outside daily, rented jet skis to be stored at our dock for the week, rented golf carts to ride around most parts of Cape Coral with leisure. Our 5 kids are 17-22 and absolutely had the time of their lives. My husband and I were able to spend a romantic evening enjoying all the local restaurants for our wedding anniversary while we were there.

If you are looking for a very special place to stay with friends /family look no further! This is a 10 star review…… this home is breathtaking. There is something for all ages to do ! I know when I booked iit was going to be beautiful, it’s actually more beautiful than you can imagine. Communicating with Matt and Landon was a pleasure. Great location and views!

This house is just as listed, except better. We stayed with 4 couples and all had lots of privacy with lots of shared spaces to hang out. Loved watching the wild life, boats pass by and gorgeous sun rises. Would stay here again.

Awesome Place for a Family Reunion

We had a wonderful vacation! It is a beautiful and clean home with plenty of space for 15 adults. We especially enjoyed the manatee and dolphin sightings, the incredible water views, the stocked kitchen, and the large gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors. In addition, the host responded quickly to our questions and was great to work with. This place definitely felt like our own private resort! We'll be returning for another stay next year.

Fabulous home that exceeds expectations!

Everything here is top notch, you will live a life of luxury while staying here! Large enough for our big group to spread out and never feel cramped. 4th of July fireworks at the bridge were SPECTACULAR! Great memories made, unforgettable experience. Thanks to the hosts!

Look no further! This is THE place—the Palazzo!

Fantastic week for our group of 7 (including 2 kids, age 5 and 8)! The house literally had everything we needed. The space was open and comfortable with ample tables and seating (inside and out) but you could also easily retreat to your own room to get away! Bathrooms and bedrooms were all customized, and the shower experience truly sublime (lots of jets and lights!). The kids occupied the loft where there were two bunk beds and arcade games. We used the pool and hot tub daily, kayaked in the canals, and fished off the dock. Dolphins literally swam right up to the property wall every afternoon—look for the one with the nicked fin! And there is a medium sized iguana that hangs out near the back patio. We had one rainy day and played cards and the games in the closet! Also, thank you to whoever left Easter eggs that allowed us to have an egg hunt on Sunday. Location was great, and we went to Ft Myers and Sanibel for day trips. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. Finally, as has been previously mentioned, the host gave the stay a very personal touch, from the furniture he hand-crafted, to the thoughtfully curated art pieces throughout the home, and by being readily accessible to us from the time of booking. Advice: Stay here!! Don’t overpack bc Hello! there are two sets of washing machines! And say Hi to Matt for us!

Best family vacation ever!

From booking questions, modifications, changing the number of guest….. this group accommodated everything! The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The pool/spa was amazing and I’ve never taken more pictures of a sunrise in my life. We had two families and 14 people ranging in age from 1-63 years old. We fished off the dock and pier and grilled almost everyday. I reached out to the host 3-4 times with questions and they responded immediately. This place was perfect for the littles and my highschool aged nephews that came down. Quick drive to everything you need, and the double set of washer/dryer was clutch. Other than loading up with food, this place had everything we needed. Also, the temperature in the house was exactly what we wanted when we needed it. The zone temperature setting let us keep it a little warmer for the baby in our room at night and allowed everyone else to stay cool. TVs everywhere in the house and we had the most awesome dance party one night in the giant open space with the surround sound. It plays inside and out. We will be staying there again!

Great house with Amazing Views

We rented this house to stay with family for my mother-in-law's birthday weekend. She lives a couple blocks away from this house and they were excited to visit the 'blue-roof house'. We had 10 adults staying and there was plenty of room! The owner met us to give us a personalized tour of the house and answer any questions we had. The kitchen was great and well-stocked. All the bedrooms had plenty of room. The outside views, seating, pool, tiki-hut, etc were AMAZING! We were only here for a long weekend but made it a point to get up each morning to watch the sun rise - beautiful!!! Would love to stay again!

Great for large groups…AND the view is amazing

Can’t complain about much, owner was super nice. House was as we expected. Views were better than pictures. House has tons of stuff available…things we never thought we needed but they had it. A few minor issues with the pool but nothing that really impacted our stay. Big plus that Cape Coral puts on their fireworks show within a half mile…. We will be going back!

Worth every penny

We had an amazing time at this house. We traveled with almost all age ranges and everyone had a BLAST! The pictures listed do not do this place justice. From the moment we crossed the bridge and saw the blue roof we were in complete AWE. There were 14 of us total and still plenty of room for more. Pool table, poker table, pool, spa, kitchen, bedrooms, outside tiki hut. So much to do and so little time! We caught snappers, catfish and even crabs out of the river. We were even able to see 3 beautiful dolphins swimming by. Contact with the owners was excellent! Any questions we had were answered right away! In all this was an incredible getaway for my entire family. And I highly recommend.
