This is a great property for a guys’ weekend or a family getaway. Reggie, the host was amazing. The house has everything you would need during an extended vacation. Highly recommend this place. Reasonable drives to local attractions around the area.

Adult Baseball Trip

We rented this house with 5 guys (all 50) to participate in a baseball tournament. The house was in a great location, had all of the amenities that we were looking for.The hot tub actually worked. You would be surprised how many locations we have rented from in the past that it didn't work as advertised. So that was a big bonus.Communication with the property owner was very good.Overall, this was a great place to stay. I have recommended to others already.

College Friends Get Together

Excellent property and location. Pool table was a big hit with us. Rooms were very clean and everything we needed was there. We did encounter a couple of issues with the hot tub and shower handle. Our host Reggie worked with us to get them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We would certainly go back there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay on our winter break vacation. Property was exactly as described and was very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room to spread out. Host was easily reachable and communicative. I definitely recommend this property to others who want to visit the Cape Coral area.

Great Property For Families To Stay

Our family had a great time staying at Serenity. Reggie the property manager was easy to communicate with and assist in a few things that we had questions about. The bikes, kayaks, pool equipment and fishing items were some great additions as our kids used all of them. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to stores for groceries.

The best host I've rented from!

Reggie was an amazing host from day 1. He answered all my questions very quickly before and after booking. The house was well equipped (it had Charmin toilet paper not cheap 1 ply) and the layout worked for us! We actually didnt leave the house because we swam, played pool, kayaked, watched sports on the patio and grilled out. Thanks for sharing your Florida home with us!

Short family getaway.

The host was very helpful and completely available. The property has plenty of room for a crowd. It is well- stocked, with lots of accessories for water play in the garage. The pool was great and the view of the canal was wonderful. We saw manatees from the back yard. The mother in law suite is very helpful when you have a family with a baby!

Fantastic house

We had lots of room for 11 people. Everyone had a bed and a bathroom which worked out great. The mother in law suite was great as well as the main house. I would give 5+ stars. The owner Reggie always communicated right away when sending an email or text. Very personable man. We had a blast in the pool, eating together was great with the island seating for 12, the pool table was a hit as well as the pac-man and the Xbox for the kids. What a memorable time for our family reunion. Thank you for a great time!!!

Great Stay

We just got back home from our week long stay at Reggie’s house. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Reggie was excellent at communication. We had a little problem with water pressure and he had someone out within a couple hours. It was a simple fix. Someone had turned the valve on the main water line. Water pressure was back to normal after the handyman came. The pool is great. We were out there everyday.

Almost 5 star

Would have hands down been a five star all the way around but not the cleanest. Some of the tubs were not clean, some garbage left behind in two bedrooms along with other renters personal items. Patio area still dirty as well from last renters. Food on floor, broken blind pieces all over. Overall, we loved it.

Great house for a large group!

Thank you so much for our great stay at Senerity on the Cape. Our group of 10 old college roommates and our spouses all stayed under one roof, it was the first time since our days at a college in Wisconsin 30+ years ago. The house was everything we hoped for and more! The gathering spaces both inside and out allowed us to have time together where we could laugh, tell stories, and reminisce. The PAC MAN game and pool table were brilliant ideas! With all of us growing up in the 80’s & 90’s we loved both of them! The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Reggie was a great host to work with and very informative. If you are looking for a place to stay with a big group, I highly recommend this house!

Great Property for Families!!

There were 10 of us total who stayed in both the main house and the mother in law suite. We had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable and enjoy the SO MANY amenities. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, sleeping, swimming, etc. My three sons enjoyed fishing from the property and caught some fish that we set free and let them enjoy this beautiful area! We will love to return to enjoy such a beautiful home again for our family vacation.

Fantastic Stat

The property is fabulous! Right on the canal with a great pool and hot tub. The space was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. We rented a boat for 3 days and kept it at the house. Made our stay so much fun and convenient. Reggie was very easy to get a hold of. Him and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. Rent this property you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic get away!

This place was absolutely what it promised to be. Our Host, Reggie, was meticulous about making sure that we were well taken care of! There was a glitch with the VRBO reservation system and he called me immediately to resolve the issue, the morning after I made the reservation! Also, after my arrival, I had a quick question on the pool heater system and he answered my call and we solved the problem within a couple of minutes. The pool and the spa was so relaxing, one of the best features of the place! Also, playing billiards each night after dinner was really cool!!! I highly recommend this get away!!!
