Cape Coral stay

We had a great time at this property. This home had absolutely everything we needed. The pool and spa were great. The house was very comfortable and close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The electric bikes were a bonus and so much fun. We would definitely return.

Fantastic setting!

We loved our stay!! The outdoor pool area is fantastic and a great place to start and end the day. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets along the canal on the private dock. The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and offers great views of the waterways. If we needed anything or had questions, someone always responded in a timely manner too.

We loved everything about this home. It has absolutely everything we needed. The pool and spa were delightful! The house is very conveniently located to groceries, restaurants and shopping. The electric bikes were so much fun. The owners and evolve team were so accommodating. Emails and texts were answered right away. Perfect vacation and would not hesitate to return.

Great stay!

House was as described and perfect for our family with 3 children. Bunk beds were great for the kids. There were bikes, kayaks, fishing equipment and beach equipment. The pool was the best part, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Even had an air fryer and grill. Beds were comfortable. And the canal view was amazing and enjoyed watching all the boats go by. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice but need a little bit maintenance

First of all, we enjoyed the house very much. But in our point of view it may needa little bit more maintenance. E.g. when we arrived the first impression fulfilled not our expectations. The holder for the curtains were not fixed well in the wall. The lights in the ceiling were mostly not working and a few other things. No big deals but overall not that what we expected. But we helped our self and after a few „changes“ we were happy and, again, enjoyed our stay very much. The management was always reachable and want to help, but we were finally fine as it was.

A great stay!

Our family, including kids 5 & 8, had an awesome week at this house! The location on the canals was great. The kids lived in the pool, and we started and ended every day in the hot tub. Jan was very responsive to our questions, and provided a great list of ideas for things to do. The house has a well-stocked kitchen, and tons of amenities. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the canal (lifevests provided for adults and kids), fishing from the dock, and riding the electric bikes. There were toys for the beach, pool toys, games, etc. Fellowship park has a great shaded playground and splash pad. The Cape Coral beach was nice, and the Sanibel beach was great for finding shells. We highly recommend Lobster Lady and Merrick for seafood. Awesome ice cream at Cape Creamery, just across the street from Publix — only about 5 minutes drive from the house. We hope to return again soon!

We have stayed here for several years and will continue to return. The owners treat you like family. Very welcoming and accommodating. Located in a friendly neighborhood. This place has everything you need to be entertained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, kayaking, riding bikes, fishing. Your home away from home! You will not be disappointed. 5 stars ALL DAY LONG!

Great stay in Cape Coral!

We just returned from a January stay in Cape Coral, where we enjoyed sunshine, warm temperatures, swimming, biking, kayaking, beach walking and sitting out on the patio admiring the water view without wearing a coat or warm clothes!! Before we arrived the owner sent us a long list of things to do, places to visit, beach directions, restaurant suggestions, tours and many other things associated with the Cape Coral area. Directions made finding and entering the house a breeze, and there was a big bottle of tasty Riesling wine and chocolates waiting for us! One of our priorities in choosing this property was the pool and hot tub. The owners were continually available by text to assist us in getting the hot tub temperature perfect and the pool heated for use on the warmer days. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, pots and pans and even several flavor syrups which made for some fun coffee drinks. The home was very clean and tidy; there were beach towels, beach chairs & coolers. The giant leather sofa offered great lounge seating for us to stream movies at night. This property has so many extra amenities, we did not need to leave!

Amazing home away from home

This house has all kinds of amenities to make your trip enjoyable. There are plenty of kayaks, electric bikes, games, the gorgeous pool with views of the canal, as well as a hot tub with the same views as the pool. We have stayed here several times and will continue to. The owners are wonderful and easily accessible if necessary. You can’t go wrong staying here, given the location to shopping, excursions or walks in the gorgeous neighborhood. Sad our vacation has came to an end, but looking forward to coming back!

Over the moon about this house! The scooters and bikes were a huge hit. Majority of our time was spent in the pool and hot tub when we were home. There was TONS of stuff for the kids, toys, games, coloring supplies. We are planning on booking. The house was beyond perfect!! Location was great

Kayaks and electric bikes

I had an amazing stay at this house. The owner herself texted me and made sure every thing was okay. She was incredibly nice. My family enjoyed the pool, the kayak, and the electric bikes. I highly recommend this house to any family looking for a relaxing and homey environment

The Best in Every Category

Where to begin!? We arrived at the home and entered into a magnificently clean residence with beautiful upscale furnishings. The huge leather sectional was perfect for seating everyone. The vaulted ceilings and window walls made the house seem connected to the outdoor space. You step outside and there is another sectional and dining table within the screened in pool/hot tub area. We swam in the spacious pool, simmered in the hot tub, grilled burgers for supper, then back into the pool. All the while, enjoying the 180° view of the intersecting canals behind the home. The pool area is also lined with palm trees. The views cannot be beat. The dock is lovely for morning coffee and views. WE SAW MANATEES. A huge mother and her calf floated by and we could hardly believe it! There are kayaks available and we enjoyed paddling around the canals. The dock also has a fir ring and chairs if you wanted an evening on the dock. The bedrooms were perfect. They were very comfortable and plenty of spare linens and towels were available. Bathrooms were very clean. The master bathroom has a beautiful tile walk in shower. We did venture out to Sanibel Island for an ecological tour, but this home is so well equipped, you could easily spend your days at the house and leave in a state of utter contentment. I really can't say enough besides we will hopefully be back very soon. We didn't get to use the fishing gear, fire ring or electric bikes on this trip, so they are definitely on the list for next time. There were huge fish swimming around the dock each morning! We had a great vacation relaxing at this great house. Right at the corner of the canal with great views and easy access to gulf. The pool and hot tub were great as we spent most of the day enjoying the water and views.

Great Location

Our family stayed here in early January. It was so quiet and calm and relaxing. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, bikes and numerous relaxing lounging spots each day.

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house with all the amenities. Really enjoyed the spa. Owner helped get the temp dialed in. Would definitely recommend this to couples, families, whomever.
