Excellent Villa, very modern, spacious, very well equipped and with a fantastic pool deck. Quiet neighborhood with lovely canal side setting. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, made even easier by the attentive nature and availability of the host, Bryan. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Loved this House!

I stayed here for a whole week and absolutely loved this house! It had everything I needed. The location is great for dinner out or grocery shopping to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect!

When we come to Florida, we love to spend most of our time outside. This house was absolutely perfect for us! The inside is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we could need. The outside is amazing! We spent most of our time out in the pool, grilling out, reading or watching ball games on the TV. The outdoor furniture is so comfortable and provides many spots to relax in the shade or sun. The view is beautiful and so relaxing. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Home

This home is amazing! The huge sliding glass doors and large lanai blur the transition from ‘inside’ to ‘outside’ in the best way possible. Bryan was amazing. He was incredibly responsive even though the holiday week (Christmas). Good location. There are several shops and restaurants very close (walkable). It’s a 40-60min boat trip from the house dock to the river. Nice dock and lift (v-hull boat).You will truly enjoy your stay here!

Beautiful

This property was excellent, it had everything you would need and then some. although we had to leave out way earlier than expected due to Hurricane Milton coming through. We didn't want to leave but had to for protection of or family. We will go back and stay at this place again. I pray for the strength to the families that was hit and businesses that were flooded. I know God will place his hands on this area.

Perfect fit for us

The check in process was easy and the property manager was attentive to any questions we may have had during our stay. The property was a perfect fit for 4 couples. Had private rooms and bathrooms with a lot of shared space inside and outside around the pool. Conveniently located for our needs. There are walkable grocery stores and restaurants but I would definitely recommend a vehicle if you want to explore Cape Coral. This is definitely a place I would return to again.

Amazing

Property was well maintained, quiet and easily accessible. No need to bring anything, kitchen was stocked with all of the gadgets you would need. Back patio huge for game nights, pool heated and spectacular views, spent most of my time there with cocktail. View from the living room is amazing and not to mention the evening sunsets. Bryan was very easy to connect with and a wonderful host. Future renters take care of this precious gem. I can’t wait to return. Bryan thank you and we look forward to out next stay. Cheers.

Beautiful Home

We’ve been traveling to the area for Christmas for the past few years and I have to say that this house has been the most beautiful, well-maintained one we’ve ever stayed in. The house looked just like the pictures and was perfect for our family. The pool/lanai area is amazing! We also enjoyed the location as it is close to so many restaurants and other things we like to do. Bryan was a great host and was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. Best house in Cape Coral

This was the 3rd time we have stayed in this lovely home and we are coming back at Thanksgiving! We love everything about it and especially the pool area where we spend all our time! I love doing jigsaw puzzles on the outside table while watching tv outside! This is definitely the house where you csn come a nd relax and enjoy!

Amazing Hosts and Exceptional Home

5 STAR HOME. This home is truly amazing. There aren't enough words to describe this property. The home is immaculately kept, the floor plan was spaciously laid out, and Beautifully decorated interior. We had 4 generations stay at this home and we truly were amazed by the home, from the quiet neighborhood, to the outdoor living area with a large pool. While there we spend most of our time in the outdoor living area, while swimming in the huge pool, to watching the Little League regional games, to grilling our meals. Can't wait to return in 2024. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We all had a FABULOUS time
