Great house

Great house easy and great communication. Reasonably priced. With they would just keep pool heat on and just charge a little more for it. Went to Florida and didn’t swim even though we had a nice pool.

Home is clean, well kept, and in a quiet neighborhood. We actually live on the same street and needed extra beds with a bunch of family in town, it worked out perfectly. Will definitely book again next time we need the extra space. Thank you

Wonderful Stay!

The location was ideal, with quick access to family-friendly attractions and amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the house was clean and well-maintained. The pool was a hit with the kids! From the time we booked to the end of our stay, the host was extremely responsive and available to answer any questions we had. Definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!

We arrived and all the fans in the house were on which was strange. Turns out the house was really hot and the AC broken. We attempted to problem solve and saw that the outside unit was frozen. Immediately contacted Evolve management thorough all available options and did not get a response until next day at 10:30 we ended up checking out shortly after that due to the house being unlivable (one day early due to the heat this is Florida and no AC is not feasible). This ruined our vacation and the Evolve management never responded after we checked out early and did not offer any type of compensation. Worst experience ever do not recommend. Warning all future renters do not rent from Evolve and do not rent this house.

Perfect for a family!

We loved this beach home for our family vacation! Everything was very well maintained, clean, comfortable. We had just a few concerns but nothing major. I requested the pool be heated when I booked the reservation but no one fulfilled my request or responded and when I reached out on vacation to heat the pool, it was too late because it takes 48hours to heat. That was a huge bummer. Also, wish there was a grill on the property. Lastly, the fan In the living room didn’t work and the big sliding doors were hard to lock - need a little attention on the locks. Overall great stay and we would stay again!

Family visit

I am originally from the area. We were in town from WI to visit family and celebrate my father successfully completing four rounds of chemo for stage 4 cancer. The pool light was not accessible to us. I contacted our person regarding that and they said it was broken and on back order. Being from the area, we are aware it is a code violation to not have a working pool light. I just wanted to make sure to mention it here so that it does get fixed for future guests. Amenities were good. The house was nice. They do provide basic cooking utensils, towels, bedding, etc. They provided about four rolls of toilet paper, five laundry pods, and 5 dishwashing pods for a two week stay. I believe we could have contacted someone for housekeeping but opted to purchase things ourselves given the length of our stay. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as shampoo and soap provided isn't much more than what you would get at a hotel. Overall, it was a nice house, the price point was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't have an issue staying at this property again.

House is nice but no lanai, true cost unclear

The house is very nice. Very disappointed that the lanai had been damaged, and removed, from the hurricane and we were not made aware of it. In an email just prior to arrival it does warn that some items may not be available due to the hurricane so I asked about the pool, which is somewhat usable (stuff blows in to pool, no net to clean stuff out and pool people come weekly), and was not told the lanai was gone. The pictures are accurate - minimal furniture, there are no dressers, they indicate they only offer a "welcome package" for paper products which is accurate so expect to need toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. There are no containers for leftovers, no plastic wrap or alum foil. There was no food except salt & pepper (many places have leftover non perishables). Again, very minimalist - which is ok if you are expecting it. The ice maker is very slow, we bought ice cube trays to help and also emptied out the ice bucket into plastic bags. I will also warn that this is through an agency so communication can be a little confusing on who you are to contact for what. Also, I have used VRBO several times but never had an agency managing and the billing is extremely confusing. The agency tells you their bill but then you have to add on the VRBO fee. I was surprised with a $630 additional fee that I wasn't expecting so be sure to read all the fine print. House itself is very nice, neighborhood is great for walking and bike trail near by.

False pictures of lanai

We rented this property mostly for the caged lanai so our pet could be outside with us. Upon arrival we noticed there was no cage. The concrete around the pool was covered with bird droppings, and there was no skimmer pole to remove any debris that would daily fall in the pool. We thought a pool person would be coming by to check on it, but this did not happen. I called management to report algae forming in the pool, bird, droppings everywhere, water level beyond the skimmer in the pool and was non-functioning. During the first week they sent a pool person who checked the pH and put a hose in the water to raise the level and then left. During the second week I called again regarding the filth in the bottom of the pool, algae growing on the sides and skimmer not working. Nobody showed up while we were there. This really ruined our vacation. As for the house, its very nice inside. The kitchen has a cute coffee bar, the shower head in the master shower is great, the master bed is very comfortable. The only complaint I would have about the inside is that there are no curtains for any privacy in the living room on the sliding glass doors. It makes you feel like you’re living in a fishbowl at night with the lights on. I would recommend anyone renting this place to check if cage has been installed and if pool has been repaired and in working order. Otherwise, you’ll be trying to clean it yourself with no equipment like we did. Very disappointed ☹️

Pleasant Clean Home, Adequately Stocked, Nice Coffee Bar.

The home was clean and has a nice floor plan for families. The neighborhood is pleasant and feels safe. The home was adequately and thoughtfully stocked. There were a couple issues, which I will send privately to management. Overall I would recommend this home.
