We had an excellent stay in December and Maggie was a great host. She answered all questions promptly and stayed in communication during our stay to make sure everything was as expected. The house is perfectly situated in the SW corner of Cape Coral and was a perfect place for 6 of us to unwind, enjoy meals together and use the fishing gear/kayaks. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful, private home in the perfect location The house was spotless and fully equipped. Maggie the hose was very responsive. Also really enjoyed the boat exploring Estero and Pine islands. Loved the pool and hot as well. Highly recommend :)

Very nice house. We rented the pontoon boat also. Had lovely trips around the canals. The pool was awesome. We spent most of our time on the lanai. Ate all our meals out there spent two weeks there and was sad to leave. Hopefully we will stay there again. One thing was I am 5 foot 2 and I needed a step stool to get into bed very comfortable bed but high.

We loved this house - it was absolutely stunning, the sunsets in the evenings were amazing - had everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed shelling with Adventures in Paradise- enjoyed Bowmans Beach- Fords Garage was a great place to eat and RC Otters in sanibel.

Best Vacation Ever!

This home was gorgeous, immaculate and in a great location. Large enough for 8 people - 3 couples and 2 teens. Pool was fantastic and very clean - we really appreciated the noodles and rafts! Bikes were a hit with the teens and the home is located very close to the docks for dinner or boat rental. The beach towels were appreciated as well so we didn't have to use bath towels or bring our own. If you want a worry free vacation, this is the place you want to stay - everything is included, like at home, but better! The sunset from the screened in patio is breathtaking!

Family vacation

Overall we had an amazing stay. House and outdoor space was perfect for my crew. We spent almost all of our time outside swimming, playing corn hole, or playing cards on the patio. Many happy memories were made. Thank you.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was well equipped and the outdoor living area was phenomenal. We did not take advantage of fishing off the dock, but we saw lots of fish there! We had some beautiful sunsets as well! The host was able to answer any questions we had. Spring Break on Sands Blvd.

This is a beautiful home in a great, quiet neighborhood convenient to a variety of shopping options such as the Harbour Shops and the Saturday Farmers Market. Also, some great casual dining options are available such as Lobster Lady and Duffy's Sports Bar and many others.We will miss having morning coffee on the pool deck overlooking the peaceful canal. Also relaxing in the hot tub or floating in the great pool. Both kids and adults spent many hours fishing off the dock. A boat trip to some small islands for shelling and a short trip to Sanibel beach were also great fun.The condition of the home and cleanliness are A. While we didn't have issues any communication with the owners was friendly and prompt. We did have opportunity to meet the owners who are very nice and great hosts.

Wundervolles Haus und tolle Lage am Kanal. Die Räder und Kanus haben wir oft genutzt und es hat viel Spaß gemacht, damit zu fahren. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Würde es immer wieder buchen. Danke auch für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing , great location, quite peaceful & relaxing with great sunsets , not far from nice restaurants and shopping.The entire home was everything we expected and more,we enjoyed the bicycles and jacuzzi in the evening time! We even rented their Boat and took a trip Over to Sanibel Island for the day! If you ever need any info or recommendations for anything, Maggie and he staff are a phone call Away~ We will definitely return~
