A very pleasant experience

The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The layout is great with a nice pool/patio area where we could relax. We had a slight issue with a door lock, which was quickly rectified by the property manager. We have no complaints at all regarding our stay!

The management company Vacasa seems to be slacking in their service.

Although the property was decent it was unfortuately not kept up very well. There were many bugs we needed to deal with, mold on pool tiles, a toilet that ran, a grill that worked half the time. They send out a text at checkout time to confirm, did that, but now a month later they want me to prove I checked out. It was their text that I replied on! If Vacasa property management did a better job this would be a great place to stay.

Great Place

Great house with everything you need in the kitchen. The pool isn't heated, but the kids still enjoyed it. The primary bedroom needs a new mattress. If one bedroom were setup for children with twins or bunks, it would be much better. Overall, we had a fabulous time and enjoyed the house very much!

Beautiful home BUT the patio door alarms on this home are an awful feature

We have rented a different house each of the last 8 years that we have been coming to Cape Coral on vacation and we have never seen alarms on patio doors as this home has. This home has high end furnishings , fixtures and appliances, HOWEVER, if I had known the following details I would never have rented this home: 1. There are alarms and all patio doors which prohibit indoor/outdoor living as you have to push a bypass button as you are going through the door or a SQUEALING alarm will sound. That is by far the deal breaker for our family. It was completely prohibitive to being able to go in and out to the patio area. There is a laminated sign posted at each patio door that reads: DOOR ALARMS For safety and insurance reasons, the holmeowners have safety alarms on all sliding doors. EVERYTIME a door opens, these will go off. To BYPASS the alarms, Press the small button attached to the alarm before opening the doors. ** Unfortunately, you have to press the button AFTER opening the door when coming back in. 2. There are absolutely no beach accessories available to use whatsoever. 3. The pool in not only unheated, there is not even a solar cover. So, if you are going to stay inside of the house the whole time that you are visiting, then this is definitely a house you should rent. We did have internet issues that were mostly resolved quickly by the management company and owner and that was much appreciated.

Beautiful house!

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying here! Highly recommend driving the hour to go to Captiva Beach it was breath taking and perfect to watch sunset! Fort myers is aprx 30 min and bonita springs dog beach was an awesome lil place too!

PARADISE FOUND in Cape Coral, FL

We found heaven on earth in Cape Coral at this beautifully maintained property. Being our first time to rent a home anywhere, I was a little nervous that the property wouldn't look like it did on the VRBO website. NO WORRIES!!!!! It was EXACTLY as depicted on the site. I would rent again in a heartbeat, but wish that the pool was heated. Even though the air temps were always in the 80's, be were able to use the pool only three times during our three-week stay. Other than that, FIVE STAR PERFECTION!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house, well equipped!

We enjoyed our week in this beautiful home! Loved the fully stocked kitchen, the game rooms, the huge amount of pool towels! Great, safe location within 30-45 minutes of many beaches!

Fabulous Week Away

I have rented many vacation homes in the past forty years from North Carolina to Florida and I can honestly say that this house was the cleanest house ever. Not only clean, but spotless.!! The beds were wonderful and the living room so inviting. They also stocked the house with all the essentials needed in the kitchen and the baths so we didn't have to run to the store the day we arrived. We also spent many lovely evenings beside the pool in the Lanai. All in all a perfect time for all of us.

a nice vacation

The house was very clean. We were really impressed with how clean it felt. It's a great house, in a great location. My only complaints would be, I would like to see t.v's in all the bedrooms and the dryer didn't dry very well. But other than that it was a great vaction. Thank you

Lovely home

The home was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was clean and the morning sun flooded the house with light. The kitchen was well appointed and the master bedroom was very comfortable and onto itself. Should we visit again I liked that the other three bedrooms were off in another wing of the house which lends privacy to the master. The sliding glass doors to the screened pool area opened and allowed more outdoor living space during our stay. We did on a couple different nights enjoy the gas barbecue grill that was provided. We arrived on Saturday and unfortunately we were awakened at 6:50 AM Monday morning to a small but loud bulldozer completing the pool area on a new construction home next-door. The construction continued every morning for the rest of our visit. I understand that it is impossible to know if rental houses are near construction and the representative was very empathetic to our situation. Once construction is completed next-door tranquility will return and this house will be a perfect getaway once again.

The property is beautiful.

The property is beautiful. We were not able to check in until over an hour past our check in time due to the cleaning crew still being in the house. This was frustrating as we had been in the car for 30+ hours and were definitely ready to be "home" for the week. Despite the extra time the cleaning crew needed, there were still some garbage and dust under the sofa sleeper in the den. Other than that everything was clean and like I said the a beautiful property. If this property had a heated pool it would have been almost perfect... we did know, however, that it was not heated upon booking. We also had issues with the window + door alarms. They went off a few times during the day and once during the middle of the night. We know these are there for safety, but maybe the batteries and sensitivity needs to be checked between guests in order to insure this doesn't happen to more guests.
