Fabulous house! Traveling with a group of friends and we all had our own space. Loved the outdoor area in the evening for relaxing and gathering. Well stocked for preparing meals..great neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. Very relaxing and the accommodations were very, very nice. Lots of beach towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Comfortable beds. Felt like a resort. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful home on the water with space for all.

This stay was great ! We had access to the water and a beautiful home to stay at for the Fourth of July. Only reason for four stars is that when we first arrived the prior stay had left dead fish in the freezer, which caused an odor and a mass number of large flies. The door to the garage was next to the kitchen so for over 24 hours flies were everywhere in the home! The garage fridge should have been cleaned/checked as it is available for use for renters. The other thing that renters should be aware of is the local boat launch hours. Assuming most people look at this place to bring their own boat, the closest boat launch closes at 4:30, check in is at 4, but we weren't aware of this and had multiple calls, texts etc throughout our first night to remove the boat from the driveway immediately. The messaging was consistent and too much. So beware, either ask for early check in and get your boat to the launch timely or don't bring your own. This should have been disclosed when I had asked where the nearest boat launch was. I hope this helps others with selecting this home. Other than these two issues the home was spacious, had all of the basic needs (minus dishwashing detergent so bring some if you will be cooking daily), a beautiful pool and great outdoor kitchen. Proximity to shops and restaurant was great as well.

This property was great overall!It home was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—exactly like the photos, but even cozier in person.The host was responsive, and the Check-in and check-out were seamless.It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s retreat—a place I didn’t want to leave.

Graduation and Anniversary

The house was amazing, so was the location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and decent drive to the beach. A relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire home. Would highly recommend this home for your family’s next retreat!

We had an amazing stay, the house is modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed perfectly for a large family. The open concept kitchen with a massive kitchen island made it easy to cook and hang out together. There is a bedroom with a game room upstairs that provides privacy and a huge balcony with a view to the canal and the pool. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect for day or night. The house was well stock and clean will definitely stay here again. There is a marina a few blocks away we did a sunset cruise with dolphins it was a nice experience and so was the restaurant Rumrunners.

Looking for amazingly functional ease of sleeping and accommodating 9 people? This house is what you are looking for !! Pool, 2nd living room, kitchen, weights, and ping pong all can handle larger groups. We look forward to renting again. 5 stars !!

Amazing Cape Coral Retreat

Gorgeous home that exceeded our expectations. Fantastic outdoor spaces included awesome lanai, pool/spa & boat dock. Property also offered an ideal location which was within walking distance of Tarpon Point. Truly appreciate the owner's accommodations for a much needed winter getaway that provided some incredible memories. Would highly recommend staying here!

Loved this house

We booked this and another home for an extended family Thanksgiving weekend. We really enjoyed the house. The family hung out here the most because it was the nicer of the two homes. Between the pool, hot tub, ping pong, shuffleboard, kayaks and beautiful setting, we had a great time. House was spotless and pictures were accurate. Perfect place for a family gathering. Chef kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving meal easy and everyone had room to spread out. Only issue was the home alarm accidentally being left on and we accidentally set it off when we arrived. Communication with the host was easy and no other issues were had.

Perfect home

The home itself is beautiful! The amenities are phenomenal. The outdoor area with fire pit is so relaxing. The kitchen is stocked and has amazing appliances. The bedrooms are fantastic. Beds are super comfortable. The property management is very responsive and took care of any issues we had. The bathrooms are spacious and my family took advantage of using the kayaks and shuffleboard and ping pong table. The home is perfection - as was the sunset from the upper deck! The instructions for the home are well laid out and we got a treat seeing dolphins in the canal one morning!

A beautiful house to stay with everything you will need

This place is definitely a vacation house. This beautiful property is designed to your comfort and enjoyment. The house is cozy. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchens were very well stocked and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The outside area is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks in the canal. Movie nights were amazing with the sound system that the house has. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the other games that you can find upstairs. This home is a perfect selection for your vacations.

Amazing Home in Cape Coral! Book Now!

Stop your search! This is the house for you. We had a wonderful week long stay in this amazing home. After the house we originally had booked a year ago canceled on us two days prior to our stay, we were in a panic. Luckily this lovely home and it's kind owner came to our rescue. The booking process was easy, and the owner responded promptly to any questions we had. Upon arrival, the management company representative was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The home itself is magnificent. The finishings and decorative accents are top notch. The kitchens were very well stocked and had everything we needed. The layout of the home is well suited for multiple families to stay together. I loved having a built in makeup vanity in the bathroom, and there was plenty of storage space throughout the home. The outdoor area is a perfect spot to enjoy many fun pool days. We even saw manatees in the canal. Towels and some pool toys were provided which the kids enjoyed. The lounge chairs were great. There was also a comfortable shaded hanging chair that was nice to relax in. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. It had high end appliances and lots of areas to dine together. The automatic screens were a nice touch as well. The sound system throughout the home is great and easy to use. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the hang out space upstairs. This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation.
