Villa Big Easy is rented exclusively to adults (suitable from 12 years onward).

Outdoor Area – Florida Living at Its Finest

In true Florida lifestyle fashion, the focus of this villa is its impressive outdoor area. With approximately 190 m² of terrace space, including around 80 m² covered, guests enjoy generous open spaces for relaxation and entertainment.

The highlight is the 12 x 4 m turquoise infinity pool, which visually blends seamlessly into the canal. Thanks to solar support and an additional heat pump, the pool remains pleasantly tempered even during cooler months.

The exceptionally large screen enclosure provides uninterrupted panoramic views along the entire pool length. A spacious entry platform (2 x 2 m) invites you to relax in the water while enjoying canal views, complemented by a built-in seating bench at the rear of the pool.

A floating bean bag adds another level of relaxation on the water. Sunsets can be enjoyed in full beauty from the terrace, with their colors reflecting impressively in the pool.

The stylish outdoor lounge with handcrafted cushions invites you to social evenings. The integrated table with fire feature creates a special ambiance. Firewood can be provided by the property management at cost price upon request.

Architecture & Location

Villa Big Easy combines modern design with relaxed Florida style at the highest level. Its rare southwest-facing canal-front location guarantees all-day sun, openness, and a strong sense of peace and privacy.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa offers maximum tranquility while still providing quick access to open water – ideal for boat trips on the river. Dolphins and manatees are frequently seen in the area.

A nearby beach within walking distance at the old yacht harbor offers the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Interior

Each of the three bedrooms features a high-quality king-size bed and a TV with internet access. The master bedroom also offers German-language TV channels.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and enjoy canal views.

The spacious master bathroom includes a shower and bathtub as well as a private, secluded courtyard with an outdoor shower. Large sliding glass doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Living Area

Large glass sliding doors in the living and dining area can be fully opened, merging indoor and outdoor spaces into one harmonious living experience. The 190 m² terrace (80 m² covered) extends the living area seamlessly outside.

A built-in outdoor grill with sink is available directly on the terrace.
