We loved our stay in this home for 3 weeks. It exceeded the pictures, was very very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies, nice appliances, may I suggest a few more dish towels. The pool and lanai are the highlight, the pool was clean and warm, so comfortable, we lived out there. Our dogs loved it as well, and there is a nice fenced yard, great neighborhood for walking. Everything you would want is here, bikes, pool toys, extra chairs, games, and we played a lot of pool. Beds very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly and it was convenient and quiet. We had an electrical issue with an outlet and Roelans management had a repair person there in one hour. They were fantastic. My only suggestion is towel bar or ring added to master and guest bathroom for hand towels, otherwise it was perfection. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat and will work with Roelans management again in the future after this trip. 10/10!!!

Everything we were looking for

The home was very clean and beautiful. The pool was and outdoor setup was very nice. Be careful leaving anything out as the ants will come out. Other than that it was a very nice stay for me and my family

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful and beautiful! The house had everything we needed. When arrived the house was perfectly set for a welcome and felt super clean and smelled wonderful. Pool and outdoor space were spectacular! Had a few issues with the electric along the back of the house outside as well as in the master bed/bath. The pool light comes on in the middle of the night instead of normal evening hours. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Villa Majestic

This property was wonderful! The home was clean, and beautiful, very cozy. They had everything there that we needed! The communication with Monica, our contact for the week was very speedy, she never took more than 5 minutes to respond if we had any questions. The only thing I would like to make mention of, is that there were quite alot of ants in the house (bathroom and kitchen), but nothing that would keep me from returning! Overal 5 stars!

A Florida Charm

Multiple places for entertainment. The pool table, televisions in every area, fishing dock, kayaking, lounge area, and most of all the beautiful pool appeased every member of the family. Located with easy access to sites of interest. The manatee and the fish in the canal added charm to waterway. First experience with renting a Vrbo and would certainly do it again.

The Villa Majestic was perfect for our family. The pool was warm. Perfect amount of outdoor /indoor seating. We had many family pool tournaments throughout the week. We even had a fresh roses waiting for us on the table in a vase. Can’t say enough about Roelens Vacation Rentals. They were top notch to deal with. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Perfect for family vacay

We enjoyed this property very much. It is located in a quiet neighborhood great for early morning walking. Close to grocery stores and Lobster Lady!!! The heated pool was my oasis along with the outside tv!!! The family enjoyed the pool table with music and drinks. We fished off the back and enjoyed watching bunnies in the yard.

Beautiful home!

This home is exactly as it appears on the site! I booked this home because it looked so spacious and clean and I wasn’t disappointed. The pool table was a huge hit and plus for us! We had 6 total staying in the home; 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The pool table and heated pool were both amazing for keeping us all entertained. The home has everything you need and more for your stay. Very comfortable and breathtaking views of the canal by the pool. The property manager was so amazing and kind and quick to reply. She even visited us because we are interested in purchasing a home in Cape Coral! Beautifully decorated, amazing space, and so comfortable! You won’t be disappointed!

Another day in Paradise

Beautiful location,. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All neighbors were quite friendly. The premesis is lovely. Well appointed with just about anything one would need. Clise to shopping and restaurants. Due to covid and traveling with a dog we did do delivery on a few occassions. Excellent service. The only communication problem was an email that told us to put garbage out a day early...no big thing. The house guide was detailed and correct 👌 on every aspect. Love the mood lighting! Well equipped for a two week stay snd great decor. Pool was fantastic.

Anniversary celebration

Celebrated our parents 60th anniversary. House was beautiful with nothing missing. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful outdoor living space and pool. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home!
