Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The boat and boat lift shown at the property are privately owned and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie off their own boat at the dock, but the boat lift may not be used under any circumstances.
