Host is awesome! The beds were comfortable.The weather didn’t cooperate, so 2 of us out of 6 only went in once. But very nice lanai. The couch and chairs were not that comfortable. But for how much time we spent there they were OK.

If I could give this home more than 5 stars, I would. We didn't want to leave so we stayed 3 more days !! Every appliance, every amenity, anything kitchen you might want is provided. Washer/Dryer laundry soap & dryer sheets are provided. Even had fun paddling the kayak down the channel. Pool is very nice and has some pool accessories plus toys for kids to take to the beach. Will plan on staying here again !

I cant tell you how amazing this place is! Its beautiful, clean, very well taken care of! The pool was wonderful. We loved sitting on the dock in the evening! The neighbors were excellent! We were 20-30 minutes from everything! I would recommend this place over and over!!!

This was a great location in cape coral, very open, the view was great and saw manatees, dolphins, iguanas, and did some fishing off the dock. The house was stocked with beach supplies and some fiahing equipment although we used oir own fishing gear, it was nice to have. The bedrooms were spacious and loved the open floor plan. We will recommend this place in the future for any family or friends who come in town!

Alles, was das Herz begehrt!

Wir hatten im Juli/August eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation im Vorfelde war schon sehr informativ und freundlich. Vor Ort hat uns ein blitzeblankes Haus erwartet, was wirklich herausragend ausgestattet ist. Wir haben zwar kaum etwas genutzt, aber neben einer umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche erwarten die Gäste auch Räder, Kajaks und Wasserspielzeug für den sehr schönen Pool. Und das Wichtigste: die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut.Wir können eine Buchung hier absolut empfehlen!

Florida Getaway

Relaxing family getaway in Cape Coral. The house was exactly as described. Came with every ammenity needed for a great stay. The house had a pack n play for the baby, coolers, beach toys, and beach umbrellas for beach excursions. Very clean.

Another Excellent Stay

My husband and I stayed at this house in 2022 and we had such a great experience that we returned in 2025. We stayed here the week of April 4th to the 11th. This home is beautiful, in a central location and well equipped with everything that you need. We spent most of our time in the backyard and the salt water pool is amazing with a great view of the canal. We did our groceries at Aldi’s and Farmer Joe’s and if you are looking for a great coffe place Penny’s Coffee Bar in Cape Coral is excellent. We also visited the local farmer’s market on Saturday which has some great local fruit and vegetables. The property manager Andrea is excellent and very kind. We would highly recommend this house

Exactly what we needed!

Very nice and fully equipped pool home in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to everything in Cape Coral. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Coral. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Cape Coral Family house

Hi , We have bin in this area 5/6 times , but have never stayed in a house there were so well equipped in the kitchen as this house .We saw dolphins and manatee just down in the canal, and there is a lot of wild live in this area . We would definitely come back to this house again if we come back to Florida again . Anna and Ib, Denmark

Nice house

Nice house. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. The person in charge of the house was also very friendly. The house itself and the view is really good. The pool was first turned on when we arrived but never really warmed up. All in all a good house.

Relaxing pleasant stay

Our group had a wonderful time. My wife and I had stayed here previously and we decided to come back with some friends. The house and pool were perfect. Since the hurricane had just recently come through, the host did great with communicating with us beforehand to ensure everything was still safe and good to go. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This house was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and the house was close to great restaurants. Andrea, the house manager was friendly, welcoming and helpful at check in and again at check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Delightful stay for two

My wife and I came for a lovely weeklong visit. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We spent almost every day lounging by the pool. The water was very warm. There was plenty of room for more people if we’d brought friends along. Highly recommend!

Very Much Like Being Home!

The owners have provided everything needed and more. The feeling was like being in our own home. The new living rm couch and chair (not what is shown in the listing) were very comfortable and high quality. The owner and property mgr. were both very responsive to questions and minor issues. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent again in the future. It's one of our favorite VRBO's.
