The primary suite is a private retreat, featuring a king-size bed, large TV, and direct access to the lanai and pool. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom also features a queen bed and TV, with easy access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfort, rest, and relaxation.

The home includes two kayaks (available at your own risk), three bicycles (available at your own risk) , beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a fishing rod for your convenience.

Azure Sunrise Retreat is perfectly positioned on a Gulf-access canal, approximately 15–20 minutes by boat to open water and Matlacha, putting you right in the heart of an incredible boating and fishing destination.

Boaters will appreciate the convenient access with just one bridge to pass before reaching open water, offering approximately 9½–11 feet of clearance depending on the tide. The brand-new private dock accommodates boats up to 30 feet and is equipped with power and water, making it easy to head out for the day and return directly to your waterfront retreat.

Fishing enthusiasts will feel right at home. Southwest Florida’s surrounding waters are known for popular species such as snook, redfish, spotted seatrout, and mangrove snapper, whether you prefer fishing with live shrimp or artificial lures. You can also enjoy a quiet morning casting a line right from the canal.

Just a short boat ride or drive away is colorful Matlacha, home to the famous Matlacha Bridge, affectionately known as “The Fishingest Bridge in the World.” This iconic local landmark spans Matlacha Pass and has long been a favorite fishing spot for anglers targeting snook, snapper, jacks, and other local species.
