From the moment we entered the house, we felt like we were at home. The decorations and the Christmas tree quickly got us into the holidays spirit. The place was perfectly clean. We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Cape Coral area. Our hosts, Paul and Susan, went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything from fishing gear to a wagon, cooler and beach chairs as well as bicycles, made recreating easy.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every appliance and accessory we could have wanted. The home and lanai/pool area were both incredibly clean and decorated for Christmas, which was a really nice touch.We would absolutely stay again. Thank you very much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Thanks to Susan and Paul for making us feel so "at home" in their house for 18 wonderful days. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay, in keeping with the "house rules": Relax, Relax, Relax...The house is tastefully decorated, very clean, the kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped with everything we need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, particularly the pool and the lovely view across the canal. That's Cape Coral! We've been there several times and all our favorite spots are easily accessible from this house.Many thanks again to the freindly and helpful hosts for the wonderful time, we would love to come back sometime!

Great Lanai

We really enjoyed our visit. Hosts were so welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful and provided for a lot of family memories. Just what we were looking for!

We were seeking a quiet relaxing few days following a cruise. We wanted privacy, a peaceful setting, a heated pool, and a comfortable home. This property delivered all of these requirements. The pool was lovely and warm, and we enjoyed beautiful sunshine and tranquility. The area has so much spectacular wildlife, including a pair of burrowing owls at the bottom of the drive way.- so cute! We would happily recommend this home. Thank you to our hosts!

Great home away from home for the holidays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the first time we have ever rented a property and it was especially meaningful to us because we have never been away from home for the holidays. Everything you could have wanted was there right down to a mini screwdriver (which came in handy) a crab pod, beach towels and a beach wagon. The pool is wonderful and a great place to relax. We tried our luck fishing but only caught a blue crab, and a baby alligator! So close to everything! We appreciated the Christmas tree being up for us so we could have that holiday feel. Thanks for providing us a place that was a great home away from home!

Lovely Home in a great Location

This was our second time staying in this lovely home, the home is well appointed with all of the amenities required for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral, centrally located and only a short 5 - 10 min Boat ride along the canal to reach the Caloosahatchee River, and from there you can head to the Gulf, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach etc, Great communication with the owners, Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay,

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Susan und Paul war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Der Pool ist sehr groß, bietet unterschiedliche Wassertiefen und war (wie alles andere auch) ausgesprochen sauber. Neben der geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung war der eigene Bootsanleger an einem der Seitenkanäle von Cape Coral natürlich ein Highlight für die gesamte Familie. Tolle Terrasse mit Grill, sehr gute Betten, schnelles Internet, komplette Ausrüstung der Küche. Danke für die Strandhandtücher ! Wir konnten uns alle entspannen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. The best rental home we have ever stayed in

This rental property has it all. It is a fantastic location in the Cape. The hosts have thought of everything, and I mean everything. They had everything needed for trips to the beach, items for the pool, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with an amazing assortment of spices and cooking necessities. They even had a large boiling pot for blue crabs! My family stayed for 11 nights and had an absolute fantastic time.

Lovely home, Amazing lanai with great pool

We stayed there 2 years ago and loved the location and the amenities. We booked the house for the month of June this year and loved every minute of it. Everything you could possibly need is in the house and beach toys, coolers and a wagon is in the garage. My husband enjoyed fishing and we all enjoyed the pool. We saw manatees in the canal and several iguanas on the deck. We visited several of the beaches on Sanibel/Captiva Islands and found lots of shells. . A good portion of our time was spent on the lanai/pool area. It is amazing. My 7 year old grandson was with us and he enjoyed the pool area very much. We ate several meals on the lanai. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. I highly recommend this home. Paul and Susan are great at communicating with you. We can’t wait until our next trip! Kim, Bruce, Brooke and Blaine
