Check in was easy, communication with Ralph was excellant. Rental house was very nice and the pool was a definate plus. The kids were in there most of the day. Our overall experience was excellant, would recommend to anyone. There was even a regular coffee pot, blender anything that you would need.

Weekend getaway

We scrubbed and cleaned the pool before swimming, although the host said it was cleaned the morning of our stay. We did this because there was a dead bird in the pool and it looked as if it needed it too. Other than that, home is beautiful and clean on the inside. It's peaceful in the neighborhood.

Great location and excellent host!

Communication with the host was fantastic. House was just as described and the property was clean and all in working order. The pool was fantastic and the patio with a fire pit was a nice surprise, even though I did not get to use since it was the summer in Florida. Rooms were very spacious in beds comfortable and the location was excellent to get around the area. Would stay again.

Nice location/neighborhood

Our stay was nice, we just wanted a few days to get away and it was perfect. The pool was an added bonus, although not heated it was a nice temperature. The house was dated but we didn't mind as we were not there enough for that to be a concern. I think our worse complaint was the lighting in the house, especially at night time when the sun was down. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable vacation rental

This house had everything we needed. Lots of extras like beach towels, toiletries, and board games. The pool was great and located in a safe neighborhood. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our time at Raphael‘s house in Cape Coral. When we arrived there was coffee and coffee mate for the next morning and there was a bottle of wine and some snacks too!! the house is in a lovely high-end neighbourhood and we felt very safe- We particularly enjoyed going to Horton Park and watching the boats go in and out as well as dolphins on the Caloosahatchee river . The outdoor furniture was not as in pictures and we were disappointed with that as what was provided was worn and tired. The barbeque Was a small hibachi and we went through the propane in 2 meals. We loved the pool and the backyard As did our dog! We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and the neighbours were friendly as we went for many walks. We also found lots of great restaurants and shopping for anything we needed on DelPrado. Fort Myers Beach was an easy outing. We appreciated using the garage and the beach chairs.

A Week in Paradise

From the moment we arrived and entered the property we felt like it was home away from home! Everything was ready for us and we especially loved the backyard area with the pool and beautiful foliage and songbirds. The house had everything we could possibly need! The property was close to everything and we loved getting to know the area. Including shopping, walking trails, and frequent trips to the beach! Everyone was so friendly in the neighborhood. Our host was awesome and we certainly enjoyed the chats we had as we got to know each other. I will always remember the beautiful mourning doves nesting in the back by the pool and our burrowing owl friends across the street! Highly recommend this property and its wonderful host!

Peaceful retreat.

This rental was perfect for me and my Lab. I had surgery and this place was perfect for my recovery. Fenced in area, nice and comfortable layout. All kitchen, bath and bedding included. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to all types of shopping. And one street over from my daughter's made it complete. This will be a nice place to stay again.

Lots of space

We hope to visit again and stay longer. Lovely home with split plan bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely as did the backyard and covered patio. We appreciated the bottled water and air freshener

Great place for the family!

The house was just as advertised and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and a nice little pool out back. Was worried about bugs without a pool cage but didn’t have any issues at all. We we’re in town for my son’s baseball tournaments and appreciated being close to the bridge and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer set up. We had our small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for him.

Amazing stay with an amazing host!

Absolutely beautiful property just in the right location to have everything you need around you. The host Ralph was very accommodating and allowed my large dogs to stay with us which is amazing to find these days. He was also easy to get in touch with when we needed to. House was spacious and clean fit the description perfectly and had everything we needed while we stayed. Will absolutely use this property for future stays with family in town.
