The house was as beautiful as shown in the pictures and it was fresh and clean when we arrived. A few extra amenities like hand towels would have been nice but there were plenty of bath and pool towels. We would have appreciated a few wine and beer glasses, even if plastic, but there were allot of dishes and cups available. Basic cable would have been a plus or if it was available instructions on how to access it would help. The property manager had a very nice book available for listing of local businesses, restaurants and activities which was helpful. We had several maintenance issues related to heat & bathroom shower drains and sinks and while the management company made an effort to be responsive, fixing issues took follow up and patience. Perhaps the most frustrating was lack of proper heating during an extreme cold snap in Florida. Two weeks seemed too long to wait. The house would benefit from a proper maintenance review between rentals but overall it was very nice property with great outdoor space.
