Space proved an attractive feature of this clean house, well laid out rooms with coziness despite the size. The agent who checked in with us the day after arrival was congenial and informative, and a service person came promptly to fix an immobile curtain (it was unplugged!) and a clogged drain. The spa was functional (not always a given!), the outdoor space attractive.

The view was as amazing as the house but don’t have fake nails because none of the sliding doors have handles on and are very hard to open .This was a wedding party so we all had customs nails.Dont try and heat the pool because it doesn’t work,it just adds to the high electric bill you have to pay at the end.also,don’t wash all of the bedding and towels like we did because you will have an outrageous electric bill .leave it for the cleaning crew,even tho they had barely anything to do after we left .Definitely watch out for the coconut chiggers,make sure you have insect repellent or you will get eaten up like most of us did.add to your list garbage bags and toilet paper if you are staying longer then a few days too.

Overall, this is a really nice place and I would stay here again but, with more clear expectations.PROs:- The home is beautiful, has great views, a nice breeze coming off the water, a nice dock, amazing pool and large spa. - We really enjoyed the ground level floor with the bar, pool table, gym and the pool area. - Comfort is a big deal for vacation rentals and having nice king beds in 5 bedrooms was really nice. CONs:- The a/c has a hard time keeping up if it’s warm and sunny, even with all shades closed. This made it uncomfortable sleeping at night for a couple guests. The folder with property info at check-in, warns you not to set any thermostat below 74 or the ac units may stop working. The MB upstairs had an extra mini-split added so that room was comfortable. - The electrical/lighting system appears to have been upgraded at some point but it’s challenging to figure out how to turn some lights on/off. - The pool was pretty dirty on the day of our arrival but they got it cleaned up for us within a couple of days. We later learned that the pool skimmer box has a leak so they have to keep the water level below the skimmer box and of course that means they have to manually clean the pool of leaves and debris. - Rooftop patio is cordoned off. Not a big deal but it was a feature we expected to have access to.- Evidence of a couple potentially active roof leaks and the driveway gates are non functional.

Our experience was wonderful. Swfl was an amazing host. Any small issues that came up were taken care if immediately. Location was awesome. Views were amazing. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Great experience. I highly recommend booking.

Loved the Pool

The pool was great however, there isn’t a cage so a lot of leaves and other things blew into it. The house is huge. If you can’t do a lot of stairs this place is not for you. There is an elevator but it didn’t work. The view from the balcony is great. We saw a lot of dolphins and one manatee. We wanted to fish but the fishing pole at the house didn’t have a hook or tackle. The decor is outdated but not a dealbreaker. The light switches were confusing and hard to get used to. Everyone in our group complained about the bedding. The sheets are very old and scratchy. We also had an issue with finding cockroaches. The home needs to be treated as we found both dead and alive bugs almost every day in the house.

Beautiful Pool

The pool area was beautiful. Finding the right light switches was a challenge. No TV or closet in one of the bedrooms. Beware of the electric charge!! There is a 50 a week allowance and it more like 53 a day! It is a very dated property.

Cape Coral get away!

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were fun. Big area to hang out. The pool had a leak and would lose water daily but not to the point where you couldn't use it. The house was great it is comfortable for 10 couples with the 5 bedrooms. The hot water in the master bath was just barely warm but the view was great, and the rooms were comfortable. Our only complaint was the dock wasn't available when we went due to the hurricane and the hot water in the master bath wasn't hot. They did finish the dock at the end of our trip so that one should be good now. We will book again.

Great Time

Rented the house for a week to enjoy a winter family getaway and had a great time. The house had a great layout with more than enough room to accommodate a group of 12. Wish the weather was just a bit warmer, because just hanging around the pool was the favorite activity. Will definitely look into renting this house again.

Beautiful location

The location is stunning and there were plenty of places to sit / hangout to enjoy the scenery. There were plenty of room for all our guests. Any issues when we arrived were addressed by Denny the property manager, who was very hospitable. I have to take one star away from the location and neighborhood due to construction (noise) going on next door and across the street (Even though I called the city clerks office to see if building permits were pulled and I was told No.) Overall, a great time was had by all, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything we were looking for

House was great and stacked with amenities. Accommodated 7 adults very well, with enough space for everyone to hang out together and rooms were separated enough for privacy. The pool was fantastic and used everyday. Definitely worth a stay.

Family Vacation

Plenty of space, amazing views and spectacular pool. Dock and boat lift could use some work and house needs updated/modernized. Overall this house is perfect for accommodating large families/groups and we had a great time! Host/Manger was excellent with communication!

Breathtaking Views

The pictures doesn’t do this property justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking! The house is beautiful inside and out and we felt safe here! We stayed here for a week and it wasn’t long enough!

Fabulous vacation house for our family!

The house is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone loved the pool and there were plenty of pool towels. Very nice having the dock and a place to put the boat. Highly recommend. Only one suggestion- more towels for the bathrooms.

Property Accurately Represented.

Only critic was some of the normal household goods - toilet paper, paper towels, Reynolds wrap etc in short supply. Otherwise the house was well appointed and perfect for our family group.

Amazing property

I'll go over lots in this review but know that this property is amazing and worth it!!! The balconies definitely sold me on this rental choice. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. It was my sisters birthday so lots of family came down from Canada to celebrate. LOVED the styling, outdated sure but it fits the property so well. The home has everything even a second full size fridge/freezer which is a huge plus for larger crowds. Steam room was awesome, bar area and pool table were very cool but please get a new triangle, its condition is embarrassing. Air Hockey table was great for kids but needs repair/replacement. Had zero issues with the air conditioning but definitely keep blinds closed when and where suggested. Office is by far the coldest room in the house next to basement so people that run hot sleep there. Lights were confusing with some minor miss labeling but after lots of trial and error we had it mostly down. 3 of the 6 spot lights at back of house were burnt out. Areas surrounding pool needs power washing in the worst way and balconies need cleaning it is easy to track dirt inside especially with children. I was there two weeks and after week 1 used Dawn dish soap, water and mops to clean entire second floor balcony. Dead bolts missing, locks rusted that need attention. I know this place has seen major flooding and was largely repaired but used as a rental more care should be taken to secure the home overall. Thank you!!!!

AMAZING House!!!

The house and all it's amenities were just as described and just as beautiful. We had 5 couples and all had ample room both privately and to hang out together. The family room sectional was even big enough for all which made watching our Chiefs win the Division Championship easy and comfortable. Each suite had it's own bathroom so we were all able to unpack and make the space our own. The pool area and hot tub were wonderful, both were warm enough to enjoy even when the temperature was below what you would consider 'swimming' weather. The kitchen provided all cooking and prep equipment we needed for a week's worth of cooking. We didn't plan it, but we had ALL our evening meals at the house. The gas range, double ovens and the gas grill outside the house made it a breeze to cook, even for 10 people. Be sure to hit the local fish market for some locally caught fish and seafood. The spice drawer was fully stocked and very little in the way of seasonings were necessary to purchase. The multiple sets of washer/dryers were used daily and we actually got home with no dirty laundry which can bring you back to reality VERY quickly. We had no issues with anything either mechanical or aesthetically, but Denny put himself at our disposal should any problems arise. The biggest problem we had was trying to find the right lightswitch - there were so MANY in a house that big.

Beautiful..Pictures do not do it justice!

Family vacation w/8adult and 4 children. The kids loved the pool and outdoor area..We also fished off the dock and caught several species of fish and saw numerous dolphin..The house is like a resort..we left twice for dinner..Enjoyed estate immensely..will stay again..Thanks for everything!!

Wholesome Family Fun!

Great Property, plenty of space for the whole family. Best Pool Ever! You will love it. Pool table and airhockey as well as ping pong tables. Never a dull moment. Property managers are friendly and available if needed.
