No renten nunca este lugar. La duena es una estafadora, un dia antes de la reserva pide mas dinero por Zelle. La propiedad ni tan siquiera cuenta con 3 habitationes dicho por la misma duena en modo sarcastico porque no accedimos a su estafa. Ni siquiera fuimos al lugar y con menos de 24 horas de reserva se metio en la aplicacion de VERBO e hizo readjustes para q no pudieramos cancelar la reserva. Ahora estamos en disputa por nuestro balance. Ahi pueden ver claramente los dates de mi reservation y los mensajes de la duena queriendo cambiar la dynamics. Cuidado no reserven Aqui ❌❌❌

Great Getaway

Our stay was excellent! Pat communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure things were as expected. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, pool was awesome, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Gotta eat at Annie's for breakfast! A wonderful trip! Thank you!

Wonderful!

We stayed for one week end of March to beginning of April 2025. The house was clean, and well furnished. The master bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows to be able to find the one that worked best for me. The pictures were accurate on the site. Pat our host was easily assessable for questions. The pool where we spent most of our time was clean and warm. Many nearby restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to visit again.

Enjoyable

We are familiar with the location as we have family property nearby and are regulars to the area but needed a place to stay since our family property was being utilized by other members. The house was clean, the pool was great. The host had many things in the house and so it was well stocked with daily items needed. We did not cook at all so I cannot comment on any appliances or cooking necessities. We basically hung out by the pool during the day and were out with family every evening. I think my only constructive critique would be to begin updating some things in the home. But it’s a rental so I get it! There was also a mild mildew smell throughout which could have simply been due to weather as when we arrived, the air conditioning was not on. We had to clean the pool area as the screened area with all the chairs/loungers were loaded with spiders and webs but that was quick wipe down. All in all I would recommend

Great House and Pool

We stayed her for a week in early April and it was great. The pool was warm and the house is nice. There is a Burrowing Owl on the property line with the neighbor! The fishing was pretty good the week we were there, my daughter caught her first fish! I do suggest renting a kayak if staying, lots of places to explore through the canals.

Cape Coral Vacation

The property was true to its description. The salt water pool was wonderful. We covered it when not in use and this kept the temp. perfect for night swimming! The house was well stocked with everything we needed!!! We biked to local restaurants and had great morning walks to the Yacht Club. Our host, Patricia was wonderful to work with.

Weekend away

This property was a great spot for the four of us to stay at. Very clean, very nice inside and super close to everything. The bathrooms are beautiful and plenty of towels for us to use. Patricia also checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. Great host would highly recommend.

Lovely stay

Everything was amazing. So wonderful to be able to spend time out by the pool or fishing off the dock. Such a great place to stay with all of the amenities that we needed and enjoyed our stay very much to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday!

Beautiful Living Space and Fabulous Pool!

We loved everything about our relaxing stay at this property. The house is even more beautiful than reflected in the pictures and the salt water pool is SO delightful! Both stylish bathrooms have a large layout with amazing oversized showers. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. It is located close to Fort Myers Beach as well. The owner, Patricia, was so friendly and accommodating to our special requests. My husband and I definitely plan on returning just as soon as we can!

Fabulous Vacation Home

We loved the house and the pool. There were only two of us so it worked well, but would certainly be great for a larger group. The house was great. The AC worked well as the temperature was very comfortable plus we used the ceiling fans. Loved the large island in the kitchen and how open it was. Loved the pool and outdoor area. House was clean. Very convenient location as it’s easy to get around Fort Myers. Great restaurants in Fort Myers. We recommend this location!!

Good House for a Good Price

The property was very clean, also enjoyed the pool and the dock outback. I fished and caught multiple different types of fish in the canal behind the house. The house comes with fishing pools but you will need to buy reels if you want to fish, also the bikes come with the house and they are very fun to ride. I would come back to this house and recommend it to others!

Beautiful house, communicative host, great location!!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Very well furnished and maintained. Bug-netted pool area and a gorgeous pool…can’t ask for anything more!! Communication with Patricia was a breeze, check in and check out instructions were crystal clear! Loved the stay and will come back again!!!

Leben am Kanal

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool sind wunderschön und großzügig. Als das Garagentor klemmte, kam der freundliche Nachbar über die schnelle Vermittlung der Vermieterin zu Hilfe. Es war top - wir kommen gerne wieder.
