We stayed for a month at Jesse’s condo in Cape Coral and had a great experience. The place was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped—felt like home right away.The amenities, especially the pool and kayaking, were a big plus, and the location made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and beaches.Jesse clearly pays attention to the details. We’d definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Jesse goes above and beyond to make sure everything is provided for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked with any and everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and the entire condo was sparkling clean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to sip on our morning coffee and watch the boats as well as an occasional dolphin and manatee. The dock with a tiki hut provides a peaceful spot to read and relax. We enjoyed riding our bikes on Sanibel Island several times. It is just a short 30 minute drive over to the island. The pool was refreshing on warm days. All the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pool toys, etc. are provided. We brought our own bikes and kayaks, but there are some at the condo available for use as well. The neighborhood is very walkable and all the neighbors were very nice. We love the area and will definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing! We needed some time away from our normal hectic lives, and this place fit us perfectly. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying a beverage, or kayaking the canals, or morning coffee on the lanai, watching the iguanas, or taking a walk around the block and watching the burrowing owls. The house was spotless, and Jesse the property manager was so kind. I highly recommend this property!

My mother and I had a wonderful stay—it truly had everything we needed for the week, aside from groceries. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped so we never had to worry about picking up extra items.The master bedroom was a highlight, with the evening sky glowing beautifully through the window and the morning sun filling the room with warmth. We also loved having access to riding bikes, and water activities on the canal. We especially loved relaxing on the screened-in lanai without worrying about bugs, and spending quiet time by the pool. The cabana area, with its lawn chairs and table, offered a refreshing change of scenery, and we enjoyed every bit of it.The surroundings made the stay even more special—we were lucky to spot iguanas, bunnies, and even owls! Jesse’s welcome book was incredibly helpful, full of local insights and recommendations that saved us hours of research and added to the fun of exploring. He was also quick to respond to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free.Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Wonderful host and modern villa with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay at Jesse’s villa. He was an amazing host. We spent 5 days here. It’s only a short ride to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach. We enjoyed days at the pool, shopping, and a few days over by Sanibel, Venice Beach, and Captiva Island.

Easy Beach vacation

The rental was very comfortable, homey, and relaxing. Jesse was very responsive to any and all questions. He had so many amenities to make our visit easier such as beach accessories, bikes, binoculars, extra towels and bedding, cookware, pool, canal, tiki hut deck, etc. The place was exceptional as was Jesse. I will definitely rent from him in the future.

Amazing

Loved our stay! Jesse was great in communicating back to me when I asked he call me not because anything was wrong but I simply had to ask him something. I was completely amazed at the little things that I found including bug spray and batteries just to mention a couple of things. It definitely felt like we were home and not renting a house for a week…we definitely enjoyed that beautiful deck where my son would have spent the entire time fishing had he been allowed to. The 1st morning we went out for breakfast but then decided the view with a simple bagel and a tea was worth more than any gourmet breakfast. We only have wonderful things to say and will definitely be back soon. Thank you Jesse, you do an amazing job! Sincerely appreciated!

Fantastic experience

Jessie was a great host. He alway responded quickly when we would contact him. (That wasn’t very often). His condo was very clean and it was completely supplied with everything anyone would need plus more. We would love to stay here again. We rode our bikes every day a. The condo was in an area where there were many excellent restaurants within a short drive.
