Great House with Lots of space!

Great Stay

We had an amazing time, the house looked just like the pictures. The pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time even during the Florida afternoon rain showers. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was completely loaded with everything you need for cooking your meals. We will absolutely be back.

The house was very nice and clean. My family was impressed by how large the house and all the rooms were. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our nights to stay in and cook or grill. There were plenty of extra bath towels and pillows. When we were at the house we spent most of our time in the pool area. There’s ample amount of seating under the lanai to enjoy a family dinner, take a nap, lounge and relax. There’s a great view of the canal. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Property was exactly as described, beautiful view, close to many great restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The interior was clean as was the outside Lani. Would definitely book another vacation stay.

The house was very nice. Just like the pictures. The only problem we had, which was no one’s fault, was hurricane Milton. We arrived on Saturday and had to evacuate and leave on Tuesday. So we did not get to enjoy our full vacation, but made it home safe and sound. The owners and property manager were great to work with. Hopefully we will be able to come back and really enjoy our stay.

Home from Home Paradise!

Could not fault one aspect of the villa or our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and was perfect in terms of layout and amenities (there is everything you could ever need). Great outside area, pool and dock, great views, lovely quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in short driving distance. What more could you ask for! Management company were also quick to respond and very helpful when we asked them questions. We would highly recommend this villa, and will definitely be returning.

The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. Also a TV in the second bedroom with and ensuite would be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your home! Lots of linens, access to pool toys and bikes was nice extras. Great poolside furniture. Awesome to have the dock patio set to have a meal at. A couple recommendations would be to advise guests to leave wash machine door open to air out in between guest. It smelled quite musty when we arrived and took several washes to get rid of the musty smell. The front yard could use some weeding around the landscaping. Other than that it was a great stay! Pelican - villa Tauro Zorro

4 Adults who were down in the Ft Myers for a baseball tournament. Loved the accomodation. Lots of amenities including nice view, hot tub, pool, gas grill, large kitchen with any cooking item you needed, and many others. Most importantly, 4 King beds so everyone had their own space - especially since some of us had to work when not playing baseball. We did have one small issue with the hot tub but the assigned handyman - Dwayne - was very responsive and able to walk us through the issue within a short period of time. There is also a large dock as part of the property in case you need it. Overall, a great experience for us

Absolutely Amazing!

This rental is gorgeous! My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple. Fully stocked with anything you may need for your stay. Such thoughtful extras for babies and children made me smile. The lanai is very spacious and beautiful. Communication with property manager was great. We had no complaints with this rental and hope to be back soon!

Always a great stay in Cape Coral ❤️

We truly enjoyed our stay here, everything looked like the photos, we had a couple of issues such a bathroom rugs were not clean, trash never got picked up, and the soap dishes were broken but that did not change any part of the enjoyment we had here. The home was beautiful and well stocked with any dish/outside pool item/beach item a person could ask for, only thing I would suggest would be maybe a more detailed paper letting the renters know what is expected of us during the stay. Can’t wait to hopefully visit our home away from home soon again and hopefully have the chance to stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Got off to an “iffy” start but all’s well that ends well!

Everything went smoothly until we arrived and learned that the owners had given the property manager the wrong date for our check-in, so the house had not been cleaned - so we had to stay in another house for the first night. That home was okay, but the A/C didn’t work right and the home was not nearly as nice we had originally booked. But, that to the property managers for finding another place for us to stay. Once we got in the house we had booked, everything went smoothly - it’s a beautiful home! The owners were apologetic for the mix-up and very fair and accommodating with us by giving us a refund for the first night. We would recommend anyone to stay there and would definitely stay here again if we go to Cape Coral. Thanks to the Stiers!

Happy Travellers!!

This was a 5 star accommodation, everything from the day we booked right through to the time we left! The house is exactly as described, lots of room for big group you did not feel like you were tripping over each other! Any of our questions were answered in a timely manner! Very safe neighbourhood for your daily walks, close to anything you want to do. Lots of restaurants to choose from! Would definitely book again!!
