Excellent Property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and the outdoor area was beautiful with nice pool and hot tub with simple remote controls. Also, a great view of the canal.

The property was just as advertised. The kids loved the infinity pool, fishing on the dock at the canal, and plenty of room to cook and entertain outside.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and the outdoor area was beautiful with nice pool and outdoor couch and chairs as well as dining area. Also, a great view of the canal.

Beautiful home

We had such a great time vacationing in this beautiful home! Communication with the host and the property manager was fast and helpful! The house has everything you can think of! In a great location. The house was very clean. Whatever small little issues we had, Sandra, the property manager was fast to respond and fix. Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you for a great relaxing vacation!

Thanksgiving in Florida

Winter Family Time

This was perhaps one of the nicest properties I have ever booked with VRBO. House was immaculate, Sandra the manager was always responsive to questions. Excellent location, beautiful pool and hot tub. Just perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

A great place to experience Cape Coral Canal living

Thanks for letting us use your wonderful home. We had a great family stay with our adult children over the 2022 December holidays. The entire place is set up well for relaxing, cooking and enjoying good company.

Our stay

House accommodates a large group. Pool deck is large, has a great table to eat on the lanai. Fishing off the dock was fun, open floor plan is great for entertainment!

Outdoor pool area is wonderful. Pool design is great with a beautiful view. Very quiet neighborhood, slept well! As another guest said, there are no supplies so come prepared. Two bathrooms didn’t even have hand soap. We never had to buy supplies in other rentals but were aware we’d have to buy them this time because of the previous review. Main bathtub did not drain, so several guests showered in the master bath. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful home and location

This house delivered everything we expected and more!!It was relaxing being on the canal, sitting on the dock watching the wildlife,The lanai was beautiful, we spent most of our time there, with a large dining table, sofas and pool/hot tub, even outdoor speakers.I would recommend the property!

Very Relaxing!

We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children at this wonderful property! The property had everything that we needed. We loved the heated pool and the boys enjoyed watching football games from the pool. We enjoyed all of the seating available around the pool. We will definitely return!

Great place

We really enjoyed our week in Cape Coral at your very nice home. It certainly helped that the weather was a perfect 10, but even if it wasn’t we would have been very comfortable. The location is great, and the patio area is awesome. We saw Manatees in the canal and even a couple Dolphins. Thank you for being excellent hosts as it’s always risky booking and taking a trip, this was a pleasure all around and hope to return.

Our stay was wonderful. House is perfect for us. Very clean, well layed out.Pool and hot tub were so nice. We spent most of our time on the lanai either eating, playing cards or in the water. Check in and out is simple. This is our second year. Thank you for sharing your home.

The perfect vacation

We had such a great time! This house is beautiful and the pool is perfect. The owner was so nice and the property manager was very pleasant. Overall a great well needed vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including plenty of bath and beach towels. The house is a short drive to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was great.

Amazing

Property is just as described. Beautiful home with plenty of space for the 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen if you chose to cook. I have rented 4 homes in the last 3 years and definitely my favorite. Property Manager, Sandra was very helpful explaining any questions we had.

loved it!

Lisa was an excellent host. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool,hot tub and outdoor TV. We would rent next year but it was already rented before we sent the request.
