This pool overlooks an intersecting 1000 foot canal. End the day basking in the heated spa. Retreat to serenity in the elegantly appointed master suite, featuring a king size bed, TV, and French doors leading out to the lanai. This home has five different dining areas! Table for 6 out doors, Table for 4 outdoors by the grill, formal dining for 4, seating for 3 at the bar and a breakfast table for 6! The spacious master bath provides spa conveniences as his and her sinks, make-up vanity, Roman walk-in shower and an oversized garden tub. Two additional bedrooms, equipped with TV`s, one queen and two twin-size beds provide you with all the comfort for a relaxing vacation. The guest bath boasts an enclosed toilet, roman walk-in shower and double sinks. The den can also be used as a fourth bedroom. The spacious pool deck is complete with a peaceful canal view, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a convenient and separate pool bathroom, quality patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 40 minutes by car. You must be 25 years of age to book. Please tell us something about you and your guests when you request to book.

We absolutely love Coral Escape, it was a great and relaxing vacation spent with our kids. We love the pool area, especially the swim up bar. We hope to come and visit again next year.

Winter getaway

This house was amazing! We enjoyed every amenity it offered. It was well stocked with housewares and cooking spices so we could make our own meals, which allowed us to spend more time enjoying the lanai. Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation!

We were very pleased overall with the property and had a great vacation. We were disappointed that there was no lanai as shown in pictures although we certainly understand this was due to the hurricane. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!

Poolside paradise

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Pool area was terrific, facing south so great sun all day and could watch the sunset. Convenient to Publix and many restaurants and couple nice golf courses. We’re hoping to book again for next year. Highly recommend Coral Escape!

Beautiful house

Perfect house two couples had privacy on opposite sides and pool hot tub kitchen high ceilings comfy beds perfect I never got the check in email and called many times so that was my only issue

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful time staying here at the start of the new year. The pool and hot tub got hours of daily use, comfortable beds, kitchen had plenty of things for our stay. We were also impressed that this property came with almost everything we needed for our entire stay (toilet paper, tissues, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, etc.). We have rarely stayed somewhere with so many “extras” included at such a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Nice place

We arrived in town earlier than expected and the property managers got right back to us and allowed an early check in. Property was as pictured with plenty of cookware, supplies, etc. nice quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect for our kids. Eating meals and relaxing by the pool was how we spent most of our time. A few extra places to hang towels would have been nice but we did fine with what we had. Master bed was very hard but that was only complaint. Short drive to grocery stores and many restaurants within 15-20 min drive. Would stay here again!

Great week for a chill Spring Break

Coral Escape is a very nice property with an excellent Lanai and pool setup. The house is located in a quiet subdivision on one of Cape Coral’s many canals. We spent most of our time at the house trying to escape from our busy work lives we left behind in Alabama. We grilled out, swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We took a trip to Sanibel Island one day and explored. There are lots of things to do if you want to get out and about but we took advantage the solitude as much as possible. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were clean and in good working order. We would definitely return!!

Winter escape from Ohio

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked with everything we needed.. Really appreciated having a stock of toilet paper, hand soap, etc. which lasted the entire trip. Pool and spa were alitte too cool to swim in and the cage is missing over the pool . There is a lot of cleanup and construction going on in the neighborhood which is to be expected after such a devastating storm. We still had an amazing time at the home and had fun exploring the area. Places we enjoyed that were easy to get to by car were Duffy's Sports Grill, The Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar and Grill located at The Westin Resort Marina Village that has other dining options and cute shops, Carrabba's Italian Griil (we ate here several times) , give Crisp Crepe a try for a unique dining experience located in the Coralwood Shopping Center (alitte pricey but delicious) and finally Paradise Deli Bar and Grill. What a wonderful trip, we will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us enjoy this very special home.

Disappointed, Misrepresentation, Unreported Damage

We booked this property a year in advance and were required at the time to pay 100% up-front, which is unusual for a VRBO property (I've rented several over the years). I rented for nine days to use the house as a base for our annual fishing/golf trip with my two brothers. After Hurricane Ian, I contacted Cape Coral Property Management to inquire about the property condition and was ensured (four months in advance of our arrival) that the property was in good shape and ready for the winter season. Upon arrival at the home, the front door was dirty. Tapped in code and walked in......so far, so good.......walked outside and the entire lanai over the pool had been removed and replaced with a 3' orange plastic fence supported by 1x2's. So......no lanai. There was a covered area for seating and figured that in the evening the two ceiling fans could be used to keep the bugs away. Uh-oh, the two ceiling fans were non-functional due to one having one fan blade missing, the other having four fan blades missing. So, bugs were an issue and limited our ability to sit outside in the evening. During the day we attempted to use the umbrella but were unable to crank it up due to a missing nut on the crank. The appliances/sink are very dated. There are glass-topped tables throughout but no Windex to clean them. The top drawer of the dishwasher would fall off the rail when pulled out. We were provided with a total of five dishwasher tabs for nine days, requiring us to buy more. We received a lengthy text message advising us of garbage day and the reminder that failure to take out the garbage would result in what amounted a "fine" post-stay. We were provided with a total of three household garbage bags (four, if you count the one I pilfered from the garage). We had to buy household garbage bags. We were instructed by text message to separate garbage from recyclables, but there is only one bin in the garage, the other being duct-taped with a "do not use" sign on top. The pool crapped out on Day 5 with the interior wall-mounted pool controller showing "Service Mode. System Locked". There was an area around the pool edge marked out with red tape labeled "no step" due to damage. The bath attached to the pool area had insufficient water pressure to even brush your teeth. There were tiny ants in two of the bathrooms each and every day. We were provided with a total of 5 rolls of toilet paper for nine days. We bought toilet paper. Not impressed.

Nice stay but in need of some help

Pool area was nice. Had an issue with bugs in house. House was fairly clean, but fingers stuck to kitchen drawer. Like other reviewers stated, the interior furniture and fake plants leave a lot to be desired. Sofa could use a shampoo or replacement. A leather sofa would be able to be cleaned and disinfected better.
