What a lovely week in the sunshine! We loved this home. Great location, super comfy beds, great showers, beautiful lanai and pool and spa. We saw manatees and dolphins in the water off the dock and enjoyed kayaking. Thank you for the memories!

Awesome stay

Our stay in Cape Coral was absolutely fantastic. Check-in was a breeze, we were even able to do an early check-in. The home is exactly as pictured. Absolutely beautiful! Everything you could possibly need and more. (4 bikes, 2 kayaks, beach & pool toys). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, even 3 different coffee makers. The lanai covered pool has table & chairs, outdoor furniture, propane grill and a tv. The beds were super comfortable We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved our weeklong stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bonus was the burrowing owls next door that we saw on their lawn. The pool was great and the view of the lake was amazing. My favorite part was the incredible sunsets every night. Highly recommend!

Great Overall Place

The place is fantastic. We stayed here in July for 4 nights with 2 teenagers. And we would 100% stay here again. The pool was great. We spent a lot of time swimming. The hot tub is the same temp as the pool though. I don’t know if it is set or able to be set at a warmer temp from the pool during cooler months. It is very very buggy at night. You will need bug spray and calamine lotion - even in the lanai. The area was a ghost town being low season. High season here is December to May. We went to Pinchers, Rumrunners, Doc Fords, and the Lobster Lady. I’d highly recommend Rumrunners and Doc Fords.A few things to note. The house is managed by a management company not the owners. This means that while they are quick to respond, they did not respond to my questions with accuracy. For reference the house has helmets for the bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a few coolers, and a fishing pole in the garage. Many rentals have basic kitchen ingredients and products such as ziploc bags, Tupperware, Saran Wrap, foil, oil, salt, and spices. This house did not. So make sure you buy those if you need them. They did have 3 Pyrex dishes with tops though. We did not use the 125 in free activities. We used Tiny Tiki Tours for a half day of boating and beaching. Highly recommend them. We also went to the sun and splash water park and spent about 3 hours there. Even during low season, this place was packed. Lines were long. And shade was very very hard to come by. Great trip.

This house was great! We didn't want to leave.....We all dreamed of how it would be to own this house. It was very clean, the beds were Wonderful!! Great neighborhood. Close to everything. We would love to come back again.The only suggestion I would have is their needs to be railings installed to enter the pool and hot tub. We are older ladies with knee issues and the steps are pretty far down. Getting in and out was a challenge.

Cape Coral Florida in Early February

Very clean, comfortable, and functional property. Lanai and pool were great. Restaurants in the area are awesome. Fort Myers Beach is a nice white sand beach. Highly recommend going to SunHarvest Citrus early in your stay and stocking up on fruit, juice, and snacks. It was very pleasant to walk around the subdivisions. Visit the dog park one block away and watch the dogs play. The property managers (iTrip) were very responsive. Restaurant recommendations include Doc Ford's, Two Meatballs in the Kitchen, Ford's Garage, Yucatan Beach Stand, Blue Dog, Pincher's, and Bahama Breeze. Avoid the crowds and get to the restaurants early (no later than 5pm). We have used VRBO 2 to 3 times per year for the last dozen years or so. This is easily one of the top 5 rentals we have ever stayed at. (I would say number 2 after the property in Hawaii).

The property was ideally located as a base for us to travel down to Naples, Marco Island etc. It was well presented generally but the decor felt a bit tired in places. There were tiny ants on the kitchen work top which I suppose is to be expected in the climate and the windows were very dirty both inside and out. A fan in the main sitting area fell out of the ceiling, suspended by its wires and therefore could not be used. I emailed SWPoperations about this but didn’t receive a reply.

Nice property!

We had a wonderful time. House was very clean, and looked just as described. Love that it had an air fryer. Had some issues with the spa temp not working, but managment was right on it. Great communication. Love the location to Publix and restaurants. Only thing we would suggest is adding rails to get in and out of the pool, and a rail to the dock. My mom is older and had a hard time. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful location and very clean

Our family of 6 loved this house! It was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and I have high cleanliness expectations. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the view of the water was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Property was as advertised. Clean and updated. Pool was great. Hot tub was nice too. Master bath and shower was amazing. Beds comfy. Plenty of tv’s for 5 of us. Location to Marina and restaurants was optimal. Only complaint was lake/dock/outside the screened in area was buggy. Mosquitoes and biting gnats were thick. But inside and pool screened area were no issues.

Exceptional Property

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything, including providing bikes and kayaks. The home is exceptionally remodeled and just beautiful The photos don't do it justice. The location is quiet and peaceful and it's like you are staying right on the water. You are in close proximity to bars and restaurants but you never have to leave the home. This was our first visit to Cape Coral and we can't wait to rent this home again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful house, great vacation!

The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our group during evenings after the beach. I had never rented through VRBO and was skeptical that the property wouldn’t look as good as the pictures, but it did! There were a couple of minor wear-and-tear issues like broken drawers, a bike that didn’t work, and the hot tub controls didn’t work, but overall an incredible property and would definitely rent it again.
