Very impressed with this rental! Clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood, and close to stores and the beach! Perfect for a little family getaway and a rental that is reasonably priced! The host also is very helpful and always responds! Thankful for our stay!

Property was in a nice spot and in a quiet neighborhood! Close to downtown Cape Coral and downtown Fort Meyer’s.Rooms were clean, kitchen was nice and the microwave and oven were great to have in a pinch. Will book again in the future if available

Very close to shopping centers and fairly close to ft myers beach. Very clean neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the host was very responsive and even let me check in a little early after an incredibly long drive. Will definitely stay here again

Washer and dryer was an excellent amenity as well as the garage. The property was quite large and comfortable. David was easy to get ahold of, and was quite accommodating.

Incredible value for the location, quiet, but tons of things within a mile (shops, restaurants, etc.) We loved that the bedrooms were spread out; perfect setup for our family of 4. David was a fantastic host, quick to respond and just genuinely kind. The kitchen is huge with a great stove/oven, and the fridge is massive with a working ice maker and filtered water (small thing, but so nice). Fenced backyard, which was great for our dog. The couch is oversized and ridiculously comfy, we got a lot of good naps in. And the water pressure in the master shower? Honestly fantastic — little details like that most rentals skip. Would absolutely stay again. Really surprised at how inexpensive our stay was considering the location, size and it’s pet-friendly.

Our host was extremely accommodating to requests and helpful when we had questions or requests. The home was clean and as advertised and centrally located so we could get to most places in the area quickly. The neighbor was friendly and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the stay. The property was perfect for us. Even though we did not bring our cat it was super pet friendly. Adorable and clean. Had all we needed. And conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay again. Our host David answered us right away when we needed him.

Very nice rental and great price!!!

This was an awesome rental. Very nice inside, very clean and close to everything. Would absolutely stay again if I come back to Cape before I fully move back. Highly recommend.

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay for my birthday weekend! The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living area. We were 10 minutes from mostly everything in Cape Coral. Check in was easy and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!

Cape Coral 2025 winter

Nice 2/2 in great location. Comfortable living room. Nice area to walk and bike. Grocery stores convenient. And 8-10 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral restaurants.

This property is a good central location. This was our 1st time in the area. Very easy check in and out. Owner communication was good. Property was clean and in a good neighborhood!

While the master bedroom carpet could stand to be replaced, this property was exactly what we were hoping for in order to provide a perfectly central location not far from anywhere in the Cape Coral area. Great neighbors, great yard for the pups and great communication with the property owner!!

Great duplex near it all!

The property served its purpose. It is clean and centrally located. We needed a place to sleep at night as we were out and about each day.

Perfect place

It was perfect and we were happy with the place!! Very clean and we made sure we cleaned up everything before we left and put clean towels up and had the laundry going for them. They communicated well with us!! Highly recommend

Has what you need

It has everything you need and nothing more. The house clearly doesn't get a lot of love. Staying with my brother to check in on my dad, it was totally fine. If I was staying here with my wife/kids, they would have complained for sure.

Because a hurricane was on its way, I had a lot of questions for the owner. He responded promptly and courteously. The property had everything we needed.
