Rooms were very clean. House was just the right size if you have 4 people staying. Kitchen was very well equipped. Pool was very well kept. Glad to see the hand railings in the pool. TV's could have more channels available to watch. The host, Jeff responded very quickly when sending messages. Over all it was a nice stay. Very quite area and easy to get to.

Wonderful Stay in Cape Coral!

My husband and I loved staying at Villa Chiara. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the pool noodles and floats, the bikes, the plentiful bath and pool towels, and the thoughtful details like hand soaps and travel-sized toiletries. And the lanai is really a highlight, with lovely canal views, a nice gas grill, firepit, dining table, TV, loungers, and of course the heated pool, which we spent SO much time in. We also really loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly, and it was incredibly easy to get to shopping and restaurants – both on Cape Coral Parkway and at the two marinas (Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Choice For Friends and Family

This property was very clean, well maintained, and bug free. My husband and I stayed here and invited a couple we know well to join us. We enjoyed the accommodations and the very quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The pool was a nice touch too! The property was very well maintained and had many updates. We usually have 8-10 people in our group, but only had 4 this trip so this property was perfect for 4-6 people. The 2 bathrooms limited us to 2 couples only. We are all seniors and would not want to "share" a bathroom with other adults, but if you had 2 children, you would be able to accommodate 6 total people. There are bikes here for your use also. The kitchen was very well equipped although we would "eat out" more than "eat in" during our stay. We have visited Cape Coral several times in the past 10 years and had some "favorite" restaurants that we revisited. We did take a trip to Sanibel and there was not much to do over there as far as shopping was concerned, still a lot of renovation to be done due to the recent hurricane. The Mucky Duck was open on Captiva and we enjoyed the food there. If we have a small 4 people group in the future, we will consider this property a very good choice for a return.

lovely sanctuary

Ours was a last minute booking and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. He was a great communicator and very friendly in supporting us and our family needs. He was in touch throughout our stay. We sadly didn't get to use the pool due our schedule and the weather, so we can't comment on it. One caveat is that renters need to maintain vigilance about power use or accrue extra charges (including pool heat, whether or not it is used; you actually need to purposely turn off the pool heat or you will be charged). The canal area is very tranquil and serene, with a few kayakers going by every once in a while for entertainment. Plenty of space to cook for a group and move around with ease. Plenty of towels and kitchen goods to do whatever you hope to do. Surprisingly, we especially appreciated the teapot! Thanks for a lovely solution to our last-minute lodging problem!

Cape Coral Vacation

We found the property to be very clean, comfortable, and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed the outdoor lanai area and pool very much. We enjoyed the canal in back and even caught a few nice snappers for dinner. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying in this lovely home again if we visit Cape Coral in the future. The property management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to a minor issue.

Excellent house!!

Jeff was an excellent communicator and emailed a list of all different types of things to do and places to eat . His property manager was nice and available if we had any questions. The home was very clean. It had all the amenities available. The house was warm and welcoming. The outside lanai was beautiful with the pool and furniture. It was fun to be able to watch TV outside, especially coming from the north. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation!

Quiet Neighborhood and beautiful home

House was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The beds are all pretty firm, not a criticism, just a comment for those of you who like a plush mattress. When we rented this house, we read about the additional fee for electricity if we used more than 30 kilowatts. During our stay, we never touched the thermostat (76 degrees) or the pool temp and kept all doors closed to conserve the A/C. At the end of our stay, the meter was read and we were charged an additional $12. Not a big deal, but kind of odd to charge this nominal fee considering the cost of this rental. I would rent here again, plenty of privacy and a lovely home.

Cape Coral Paradise

The home was beautiful. We loved the pool. went swimming several times a day. The location was ideal, not too far from beaches, close to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. the owners recommendations for places to eat and recreation was spot on. I can't wait to go back.

Spacious home that was clean, well maintained with updated decor coupled with a great location made for a great vacation. Everything we needed to settle in and stay relaxed was provided....seamless coordination and support provided by Jeff and Sandra helped ensure a great stay...Jeff's "List of Fun Things to Do" was particularly helpful...already planning to come back.

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

We’ve rented properties numerous times. This is the only property that requires a physical check out. Our flight home was cancelled which we found out about at 2:30am. We ended up driving home 24 hours. We couldn’t get the property manager until after 7 am so we couldn’t leave when we wanted to.

Great relaxing place to stay

We spent two glorious weeks at this home, it was exactly as advertised. House was clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Communication with Jeff was exceptional and Sigrid was awesome. The neighborhood was very quiet nice area for a walk. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to kick back and relax.

Excellent Week Getaway in Paradise!

This experience was a magical stay and just the most perfect location to wind down! My boyfriend and I swam in the pool daily, watched movies under the lanai at night, cooked delicious lobster on the grill, and even played games inside! I would 12/10 recommend this home to anyone; it’s in a great location for accessing Cape Coral and Fort Myers. You will not want to leave if you stay here!
