Juanita Place is a quiet residential street in northwest Cape Coral, an area of newer homes, generous lots and very little through traffic. This is the calm side of the city, best suited to guests who want to relax by the pool rather than have a lively strip on the doorstep.

Getting Around:

Plan on driving. Northwest Cape Coral is residential and public transport is effectively non-existent. Free parking and a garage are included.

🔹 Punta Gorda Airport (PGD): about 35 minutes north via Burnt Store Road

🔹 Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel: about 45 minutes to 1 hour

🔹 Fort Myers: reached by toll bridge over the Caloosahatchee River, so keep a SunPass or payment method handy
