Unfortunately, there was a power outage due to a severe storm the night before this guest checked in that caused the issues. The power outage and surge caused damage to the dryer and pool pump as well as disrupted internet service by the internet provider whose lines to the neighborhood were also affected by the storm. As the guest mentioned in their review both the internet service was restored by Comcast and the dryer was replaced with a new one the very next day. The pool pump couldn’t run without power and the lack of pool circulation let some algae form that the pool company came out and cleared up right away. I must say I was disappointed to see a 3-star review based on issues caused by mother nature, unrelated to the property, and that were resolved so quickly. Especially, in light of the guest telling me how great the property was and how much they enjoyed their stay. I don’t think you will find many other owners that are as responsive to issues, as I was, even knowing they were beyond my control.
