The house was nicer than the pictures could show. Make sure to bring bath soap and if renting a boat know the trip out is lengthy. Other than that the house came with a lot of great add ons. Definitely would book again

The house was amazing! It was beautiful. The pool was wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were great. There was an issue with the screen door and they had it fixed right away! We absolutely loved our stay!! We enjoyed fishing in the canal. We saw dolphins on our boat ride through the canal. Our only disappointment was how far the gulf was from the house. Since you can only go 5mph it took an hour to get to the gulf by boat. Other than that our stay was PERFECT!!

Vacay

Wonderful stay in Villa Hermosa in Cape Coral, Florida. The house easily accommodated six adults and two toddlers with everyone getting appropriate size bedrooms and their own bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful views. Easy drives to excellent restaurants, parks and beaches. The property manager, James was especially nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous and Relaxing Stay

Villa Hermosa had everything we needed for a great week of poolside fun. We were close enough to Lobster Lady to walk there for dinner. The bikes and pool toys were used. The location of ensuite bedrooms worked well for the 7 adults. Also handy were the two dishwashers and washers and dryers. Both indoor and outdoor living spaces were comfortable and well used. All in all a fabulous stay at a 5 star property.

Great Getaway

The house fit our needs perfectly. We loved having the canal in back. Everything was updated. The kitchen had two dishwashers and plenty of plates, cups etc... We couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations.

Place was Great. They thought of everything you would ever need and have it there for you. Extra towels for showers or pool, bikes, fishing, kayaks and on and on. A must stay in Cape Coral !!!!!!!!!

We had eight couples that stayed here for a long weekend. We were visiting our mother for her 88th birthday and Mother’s Day. We cooked all meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful experience.

Great Baseball Getaway

We had three families all with teenage boys that lived to fish, swim and play games when not playing baseball. The house was spotless, and well equipped with all needed items from coffee to go cups to the double washer and dryer for the uniforms. We had a great time, will stay here in the future

Exceeded expectations

We had 4 families with 4 teen boys playing baseball in the area. The house is amazing. High end finishes, very clean, and exactly as the photos show. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and appliances. The double dishwashers allow you to stay ahead on cooking and cleaning. The beds are comfortable and every room has it's own en suite full bath. The bunk room was perfect for our 4 teen boy baseball players, although the beds were slightly short for the 6'5" and 6'3" boys. They still said they slept fine though. The lanai, pool, hot tub, seating, TV, grill, bar and perfect for relaxing and playing. The house comes with everything you need to stay entertained. There are bikes in the garage and the boys loved riding them to the nearby ice cream shop. I would recommend this for any group.

A great stay!

We will definitely look to rent this house when we are in Cape Coral again. It was in a great location and had almost all of the amenities you could want. It was well stocked except for two key items - a beach umbrella and a tea pot or electric hot water pot. No tea pot was a surprise considering there was a crock pot, pancake maker, rice cooker, and two coffee pots (regular and keurig). For us tea drinkers, it's using a pot and boiling some water. Just a surprise given how nice the house is and all else that it has. I did mention it to the property manager upon arrival. There are bikes, kayaks, beach bags - all of which we appreciate, but we did not see a beach umbrella and most of the beaches offer little shade. Other than these two small items, the house was a 10! Thank you for an excellent stay !
