We really enjoyed our stay (we came back for a second time) Loved the pool and the house! Very clean and great service from the property manager! We would go back again too. Nice neighborhood and lots of stores etc close by. Lots to do if you want or just relax!

Amazing House

We stayed for 10 nights and are a family of 3 Adults. The house is lovely and the facilities excellent. Everything is as described and you have everything you need for a perfect stay. We didn’t do any cooking whilst we we were there as went for food everything but everything is on hand should you want to cook. We used the pool everyday which we loved and the water temperature was perfect to cool off from the sun which is on the patio area all day. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.

Enjoyed the stay here! Very fresh residence with luxury features. Loved the master shower and contemporary patio doors! Dishes and kitchen utensils are top notch and were useful. Beds were comfy. Outdoor area is well equipped. Would stay again.

Great for honeymoons

We spent our honeymoon here and it was wonderful. The house is extremely clean and organized, and the kitchen is stocked with nice cookware and everything you need. It seems like it was set up to actually live in, as opposed to many cheaply furnished rentals. When you first arrive you need to be available for a check-in appointment where someone comes over and takes a pic of your meter and explains the pool/answers any questions. You'll have a check out appointment as well but it can be arranged the day prior and they are very flexible. The beds were all very comfortable, the pool and spa was clean and a good size, and the canal was a great bonus.

If you want to stay in Cape Corel, Stay In This Villa

The villa was huge for the 2 of us, just as we wanted, it was perfectly clean, bright and welcomming. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The pool didn't need any heating and the sun did the job, it remained in the upper 80's F. We used the spa every day and, due to the daily temperature, we set it at a "cool" 90 F and sat with a glass of wine (or 2) being massaged by the water. There is a dock on the river from which we fished, You need a salt water licence for this,though. We caught many fish each day. This is probably the best villa in which we have stayed and we have been renting villas since 2003.

Great family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean and quiet. No ants anywhere like some other houses and the grounds and pool were well maintained. It was also nice to park in the garage. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation!!

Beautiful home

Absolutely loved the layout of the house. The lanai area was large and just gorgeous and we saw wildlife in the canal (even an otter!). There were an abundance of spices available and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. There were just starter amounts of other supplies such as dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper, hand soap and tissues so if you are driving and tend to stock up on those items at Costco like we do, you may want to bring those things. We got into the house without problem, but had to be available the next morning at a specific time to meet with the property manager. It was helpful in that we were told about an app to adjust the pool and hot tub temperature, but those instructions also could have been written down. The description of the outside of the house listed a boat and kayak/canoe. These were not on the premises and there was no explanation for the discrepancy. I suggested they remove that from the listing to avoid confusion. There is also a notation of outdoor speakers available to stream music from your device. This is not accurate and I was told it may have been lost in the translation. You can play a radio through a receiver on that speaker. The neighborhood is nice and walk/runnable. There are bike lanes on some of the nearby roads as well. Before you leave, you have to meet with the property manager again to check out. One of them will go around and take pictures of various rooms. In our situation, they spoke another language part of the time in front of us which I felt was discourteous. If you use the grill, be sure to clean it along with the drip pan to avoid a $50 fee. All in all, this was a lovely house and we had a fantastic time.

Loved this property!

We were amazed with this property. I can't believe the owners actually consider renting it. Everything inside this property (furniture, linens, decor, kitchenware, etc.) is super nice. Property managers are very responsive. They were available to answer any questions we had. Even stopped out because we were having issues getting the garage door to close. This property made our stay SO much more enjoyable. If we ever return to the Cape Coral area, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. We all said WOW as soon as we unlocked the door and walked in. The kitchen is HUGE, and we had all of the little extras we could need. The kids and I loved swimming in the pool, and the sunsets from the back patio were to die for. This house is perfect for families. We will be back! Lisa K
