    The Space:

    This spacious home has everything you could want for your next vacation to Cape Coral Florida. This area is a boater's dream. Either rent your own boat or charter a local fishing captain for a day out on the water. Tie up to the dock behind the house on the private canal that runs behind all the homes in this beautiful area. Just two turns and you're in the Caloosahatchee River. Plenty of fish to be had. Or take the boat to the local restaurants and beaches - Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and St James just to name a few.

    Or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the private pool and hot tub or watch the daily visits of the white Ibises or the striped mullets that jump out of the water looking for attention as you sit on your private dock sipping your favorite frozen tropical drink. Paddleboards and kayaks are at your disposal if you feel more adventurous. This home features hideaway sliding doors to the lanai from the dining room, master bedroom and den to give a feel of an indoor-outdoor living space - complete with a screened pool cage so you can leave them open without worry of any unwanted pests.





    What's nearby:

    With its private dock and canalside location, this vacation rental is just a short boat ride from the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. The home is only three miles from Cape Coral's city center, where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. The popular destinations (and beautiful white sand) of Fort Myers Beach (15 miles south) and Sanibel Island (19 miles southwest) are both just a short drive away.

Te gustara esta casa .

Casa muy linda con mucho espacio para toda la familia .Comodos muebles . La picina muy limpia . El patio y el muelle con lindas reposeras para tomar sol. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada. En la cocina no faltaba nada super completa ideal si te gusta cocinar . Me gusto el muelle yo use una rampa para bajar los kayaks , buenisimo, El lugar es ideal para practicar por que hay poco transito de barcos . La decoracion de la casa esta increible si te gusta el mar . decoraron con pasión y buen gusto. Karina. P

Everything was wonderful: the house, the location, the neighborhood. The house is STOCKED with extra blankets, towels, kitchen ware and comfortable seating areas. The pool, hot tub & dock are amazing. There are 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks with plenty of life jackets. Thank you so much for a great family vacation.

Fabulous vacation house and pool!

Great vacation house with fabulous pool and hot tub. House is filled with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We had a wonderful family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The property was as advertised. The pool and hot tub were a nice feature. It is conveniently located close to Fort Meyers and the beaches.

Great home!

We loved opening all the sliders and kitchen window to the pool area which made you feel outside from all the rooms. The home was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well appointed in the kitchen . We enjoyed using the kayaks and spent a lot of time in the pool. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

Great Vacation House

We loved the house. Very comfortable but more than anything we loved the amenities. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. The pool is great and was hard to get the kids out of it. Every room had it's own tv. We can't wait to stay there again!

Great stay in a great house

We loved the house with all the great wall decor. The house has a really good vibe the minute you walk in the door. Weather was great the whole two weeks. Hot tub and pool was fantastic as well as the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal. Can’t wait to book again.

Excellent property

Everything about the Coral House exceeded our expectations. The property was clean throughout, plenty of clean towels and the beds and bedding were of a high standard. The kit was well stocked with all items of cutlery, and all appliances worked well. The pool and dockside were great, and we spent many happy hours there. The location was excellent for our week in SW Florida. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Cape Coral.

Lovely Area

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was great as a base for us 4 gals to sightsee and shop from. Grocery stores were a drivable short distance away. We enjoyed the sun by the pool. Most of our time was spent in the Fort Meyers area so the toll bridge was a slight annoyance.

We loved the pool and hot tub! We used the kayaks and the multiple TVs. The house is very spacious and fits 8 comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with extra things such as garbage bags . The comforters could have been a little fresher butnall the rest of the bedding and beds were very comfortable. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of space

Nice house and location on the canal. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and easily found everything we needed in the kitchen. A little further from the beach than we normally do but we adjusted. We were able to visit all the surrounding areas and even drove down to Key Largo (3 hrs) for snorkeling. Definitely try Dixie Fish Company. It’s delicious. And if you’re into shopping, sanibel outlets (20 min drive) has some great deals.

Great place to relax and enjoy yourself

We stayed here in June 2022 and had a great time. Plenty of room for us and our guests. We rented a boat that was delivered to the house directly for three days and it was so much fun boating to sanibel island . We caught a few mangrove snappers at the house as well. The house and property are both well maintained and clean. The only negative thing I can say is that the master bedroom was hot, all the time.

awesome visit!

We loved the layout inside and out, and the landscaping was beautiful. We rented a boat and explored the waterways. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Small quibbles: The master bedroom was warmer than the other rooms. The kitchen is outdated (except for the fridge) but we didn't care because we either ate out or ordered takeout. The instruction notebook said there were laundry pods we could use, but there wasn't any so we bought our own.

Nice house on the channel.

This was a great floor plan for 2 couples with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of the house, big kitchen, nice pool area, and dock. We rented a boat and were able to dock it at the property dock. We used the kayaks and paddled around the channels. It was too cold for the pool, but it looked great. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and did the touristy things. This was our first stay on the channel and it exceeded our expectations. Next time we will try another community as we like new experiences.

Great stay but..

Overall this house was great. However, the pool was filthy which we later found out by the pool guy the pump was not working and no one ever came back to repair it. Also, the master bedroom and bath were extremely hot compared to the rest of the house. Other than those issues the house was very accommodating and had everything you could possibly need. They had plenty of linens and plenty of dishes and utensils. We also loved that the pool had a deep end.

Loved the Coral house

We absolutely loved the coral house and are looking forward to rebooking this home in the near future. We really wanted to give it 5 stars but could not because of some minor details. It would be more appropriate to give it 4.5 stars instead of 4 stars. The bed in the master bedroom sagged profusely, and we subsequently woke up with bad backs which persisted until we changed bedrooms. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, as well as the dock to the salt water canal which was great for kayaking. This venue was the setting to one of our best family vacations ever and we cannot wait to get back to Cape Coral.
