House was beautiful and in a good location - we were no more than an hour away from beautiful Florida beaches like Ft. Myers, Sanibel, etc. It was especially nice to have amenities like the attached spa with the inground pool, and ping pong in the garage. The house was super functional for our family of 7, and we came in to it very clean. However, the pool was VERY DIRTY and it did not seem like the pool pump/filter was working all week(we never saw any water shooting out of the jets in the pool like it’s supposed to) there were the little black nats ALL THROUGH the pool and I mean millions. It was impossible to clean with the pool screener, which was a bummer bc that was the main reason we rented this house and my kids generally spend about 90% of their time in the pool. Because of the nats and the sheer amount of them, none of us really wanted to be in the pool that much. When we did we ended up getting bugs all through our hair and all over us. There actually seemed to be some type of infestation around the lanai area, on the ground, there were black spots that were actually just millions of these little knats. Also - the coffee maker in the house did not work which was a super bummer bc I can’t start my day without coffee. Lastly - the patio doors leading to the lanai/pool are SEVERELY outdated and barely able to open. My hubby was the only one who could open them which was super annoying and inconvenient for him. They need to invest in new patio doors. Overall, B stay.

2nd Year Visit

This was our second year here. We love the location. It’s close to everything. The ping pong table and pool are favorites. There is plenty of space. There are two additions that would make this a 5 star. First the kitchen accessories need updated. New kettles and more silverware should be prioritized. Second, the short bunk beds do not work for teenagers over 5’7”. We had a great vacation with perfect weather and made memories that last forever.

Florida Christmas

We enjoyed the property. We did have some problems with the pool and spa that prevented their use for a week. The property manager was very helpful in getting the repairs done as quickly as possible and the owner credited our account for the down time. Overall, the family had a good time even though the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for. Thank You

Family vacation

Overall it was a very nice house, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The Master Suite is beautiful. There is a couple things that I believe needs attention before renting out again. All the bedroom pillows need to be replaced, the pans need to be replaced, and the washer and dryer need updating.

Great family home!

When we first arrived to the house we were excited to check out the house. Everything was clean and ready and check in process was smooth and easy. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and were swimming constantly. The patio was well equipment with tables and seating for all of us. Our only concern was the dryer heating element was bad and we were unable to dry our clothes except for on a drying rack. Luckily this is Florida and most things dried quickly, but hanging laundry for a family of seven wasn’t the best. When we notified the property manager it was inspected and repaired, unfortunately it took a few days as we notified them on a weekend. Home was beautifully stocked in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Spacious and relaxing

Very spacious with lots of seating for our family to gather and connect. Heated spa made for a relaxing time. Some issues with fridge and general maintenance items were responded to promptly.

Great Location in Cape Coral

Perfect location to get to all the beaches, attractions, stores and restaurants. Large home with plenty of inside and outside space. Our biggest concern was the inability to lock the sliding doors. We had grandchildren with us. Locking doors at night is essential. We moved items to block the doors. More cookware and utensils would be helpful for those of us who like to prepare meals while on vacation. The AC auto reset each night to 75 made the bedrooms very warm for sleeping. 74 or 73 would be better. The ping pong table and fishing rods were great additions.

Felt at home

The Greats... Home was very clean! Check in was easy, beds were great, enough towels for home and pool, extra throw blankets and the couch was so COMFORTABLE! Pictures are pretty spot on. The Tv on the lanai was fun for a movie after pool time, and there is plenty of chairs and table space to eat outside. The could have been better....Pool and Hot tub were completely turned off when we got there and it had been cooler so it took a while to figure out how to actually turn it on and get it warm enough to swim (Arrived Saturday and were not able to used until Tuesday afternoon). Pots and pans could use an upgrade, they are pretty warped and worn. Good to know... The Sun doesn't really shine into the lanai (at this time of the year) so you will not get the sunshine except for a little strip on one side. All and all we were very happy and would most likely stay again.

Nice Home

North Cape Coral in established and mixed new/older homes.friendly neighborhood. The house was very nice and towels were plentiful. Cleaning crew was notified of items missed and we are sure that will improve for the next family. Overall a wonderful stay for our flexible, helpful, VRBO fans.

Amazing Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient for getting around Cape Coral and Fort Myers. I traveled with two tweens and they loved having their own rooms with TVs, the ping pong table, board games, and swimming in the pool. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment, tableware, and accessories so we could easily cook a Holiday meal for 6 people. We really enjoyed the patio as you have a lot of room including an outdoor dinning table, couch, and seating to lounge, read, or drink coffee. We did't get a chance to take out the kayak or fishing poles, but all of the equipment looked well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Coral.
