Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice house with a spacious layout. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Fort Meyers and numerous beaches, but far enough away that we could enjoy quiet nights by the pool. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful New House

House was very clean and well appointed. Location was perfect for my needs of getting to Pine Island, with a Publix less than 5 minutes away. I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great! Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home

We had a great experience staying with this host. The home is actually bigger than how it appears in the pictures shown. This home is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The pool was of course an added bonus. We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area!

Family vacation

This property was amazing. The house is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Its was so much fun having a pool right outside our door. We were down visiting family but also had fun at Venice Beach, Fishermen’s Village and a few great restaurants. We are grateful to have found this home.

Excellent home for a family trip

Beautiful, very clean and well kept house. Enjoyed the pool and lanai. Well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Will definitely consider this home again when visiting family in Cape Coral. The only downside was we were looking forward to the hot tub as it was listed in the amenities, but unfortunately there was none.

Best month stayed

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything about it was perfect, clean and the pool was very nice to have. The only negative I would say is that the couch in the living room is not comfortable but for the most part we sat outside. Planning for next year! Great home.

Fantastic!

Very clean and nice home! It looked like it was deeply cleaned a second before we arrived. High ceilings and cozy interior made us feel like we are home from the first moment. Had all necessary to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Thank you sooooo much.

Nice house and location/ lacks privacy

Very nice house and location. The backyard and pool unfortunately offered no privacy and were also loud. We couldn’t use the pool due to constant activity behind the house (contractors, tractors clearing land etc).

Relaxing Pool Week

My 2 kids (13 & 10) and I played in the pool for the week while my husband worked. This home has an office which isn't pictured. It was perfect for remote working. I have very high standards for cleanliness and I was impressed with how clean this house was. The homeowners were quick to reply to my questions throughout our stay. Thank you for a relaxing week!

Nice getaway

I had an enjoyable trip. The house itself was very clean but i found the pool deck and the exterior of the barbeque and the lani windows needed additional attention. Also the 2 pool chaise lounges need replacement they were falling apart and left debris continously on the deck. Because i stayed an extended period a good mop and vacuum cleaner was needed. I had to purchase these items myself to maintain a clean environment. for a month i

Family vacay

Couldn’t have asked for a newer, cleaner house! However, the alarms on the doors to the pool were not working. Very scary with children. It’s the only thing that I wish they would have had fixed for us.
