Make Anchors Away your next vacation destination and experience the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and luxury! 1. **Booking and Payment**: Guests must adhere to the booking terms and payment schedule outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation.
2. **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
3. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This limit includes adults and children. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons.
4. **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated smoking areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.
5. **No Pets Policy**: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted in advance and specified in the rental agreement. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the security deposit.
6. **Noise Restrictions**: Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
7. **Respect for Property and Neighbors**: Guests are expected to treat the rental property and its surroundings with care and respect. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be their responsibility and may result in additional charges.
8. **Security and Safety**: For the safety and security of all guests, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property unattended. Report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the property manager promptly.
9. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Upon check-out, please dispose of trash properly, load and start the dishwasher (if applicable), and leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning fees.
10. **Parking**: Parking is available for 1 vehicles in the designated parking area(s). Additional cars may park in the non secured parking on level one and two. Please respect any parking regulations or restrictions in the area.
