Everything promised in the listings was dead in. We had a group of (5) 40/50 year old couples, and everything was great. Bedrooms/Bathroom situation was great, pool was great, and location was ideal for everything we did. Will be back.

We were an extended family of 9. This home was as beautiful as advertised and well appointed. Pool area and Lanai provide seamless indoor/outdoor living. Pool area is south-facing catching the sun all day long. Property manager is also the owner and is very responsive to questions via text, phone, or email.

Excellent VRBO! Kevin and Sheila were attentive to any/all emails or texts that we sent. Great and beautiful home. My family of 10 adults had a great 4 night stay. All 5 couples had their own king size bed and bathroom areas! Extra games, activities, pool, hot tub, sitting areas were all bonus! Would definitely stay again!!

Great family rental house. We really enjoyed the different games, the pool, the hot tub and the various spaces to hang out.Quiet neighborhood; the canal access is fantastic. We enjoyed trips on the kayaks. House is well stocked and beautiful. Sparkling clean.

Lots of room for the family to relax while enjoying our stay. Took advantage of the hot tub and pool area. Played many games with ping pong and billiards tables. Short drive to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers beaches. Everyone had fun! House had everything we needed and more. Thank you to our host! Would definitely recommend visiting !

Girls Getaway

Fantastic Experience

The home is beautiful and well kept as well as the outside. Kevin was very responsive throughout the trip to any inquiries and very personable as well. The location is excellent with only a 5-10 minute no wake cruise to the river. Home has plenty of room, is well appointed and the back porch is very well laid out and functional. The power supply at the dock was nice to have as well. Game tables in the garage as well as a nice and well kept pool table inside. You won’t get bored whether you’re fishing off the dock or enjoying the amenities.We would absolutely stay here again, grateful for the hospitality and nice hosts!

Great vacation home

There were 7 in our group and everyone loved the house and the pool. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day and had a couple fisherman in the group who enjoyed fishing right off the dock. Cape Coral is a beautiful town with great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

FGCU Graduation

This was a vacation/graduation from FGCU. The place was perfect with plenty of things to keep you occupied. Mostly fished & caught mostly snappers. Pool was perfect, can't say there was a down side to our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat...

Loved the house but…

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We were in for Easter weekend to visit family from Ft Myers. We had our in-law’s boat with us during our stay. Our family planned on meeting s at the house to go boating all day then hang out to eat dinner(a total of 6 extras), then they would go home. No parties, no events They were hardly going to be at the house, and I expressed this to Kevin and Sheila. However, Sheila completely overreacted in my opinion, and insisted that there are “no gatherings” at the house, and gave me a very hard time about the whole situation. There was nothing on their listing about “no gatherings”. She kept on and on and on. I finally had to call them as we were a couple hours away from check-in, and they still hadn’t emailed me any check-in information. It really put a damper on our stay to be honest. And guess what? Both neighbors had “gatherings” all weekend and were outside and very noisy,,,and she was worried about us…I wouldn’t stay at this house again because of the owners, but it was our first time in Cape Coral and we will be back to the area again for sure!

Wonderful vacation home

The pictures are very accurate but this Cape Coral home is even more beautiful in person. Everything we needed was here. Favorite feature by far was that every couple had an en-suite bath. Pool and hot tub were used every day. As was the canal-front gazebo. Great vacation home!

Beautiful home with everything you need

Five couples stayed here for a full week. It was wonderful for each couple to have their own bedrooms. Four couples had their own en suite bathrooms. One couple had a half bath, but shared the shower with another couple. The house is beautifully decorated. Spacious living room area off the kitchen for gathering and lounging. A nice smaller living room area for a quiet time or small gathering. This was the most well stocked kitchen any of us have seen at a VRBO. Plenty of dishes, mugs, silverware plus all the extras like blender, toaster, coffee maker, pizza pans, cutting boards and more. The pool, hot tub area was wonderful. Lots of space to spread out and soak up the sun. The large dining table in the pool area was utilized a lot during the week. The lounge area with the TV was nice in the evenings to enjoy some sports. The pool table room and game room in the double garage are amazing- although we spent more time at the pool. The weather was too perfect not to stay in the pool area and soak it up. The gazebo area on the dock was enjoyed for gorgeous morning sunrises and evening wind downs. Well stocked with beach towels, chairs for a day at the beach, beach and pool toys. The surrounding neighborhoods are quaint and quiet and perfect for daily walks. We enjoyed many walks to the Rotary Park. Loved all the burrow owl nests along the way. We would definitely consider booking again for a return trip to the area.

Fabulous

We had friends stay with us the first week and family the second week and truly enjoyed our stay. The privacy with the bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms gives everyone their privacy. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and provided for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful. The game room was a total surprise with ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Friends Laughter Amidst A Gorgeous Home

Beautiful property in a nice location on the canal system. Laughter rang among four couples who have been doing life together for 45 years. This house was big and beautiful! We each had our own king bed with en-suite. House was immaculate and welcoming. Kitchen was huge and had everything you could think of that you might want. The game room was well utilized. The pool, jacuzzi, and lounge area were fabulous. We met Kevin and had several fun conversations. Very friendly man that was a helpful source of information, We didn't meet Sheila unfortunately, but would hire her for decorating our house, as she did a knock out job on this one!You won’t be sorry if you rent this place!

Couples getaway and guys golf trip

4 couples down to SW FL for 6 days of golf. The wives came along and explored Naples, Bonito Springs, and the Cape Coral area. House was perfect, great outdoor area and plenty of space indoors. Well stocked kitchen appliances, plates and utensils. Well worth the stay.

Amazing home.

A group of us came down for our friends 50th birthday. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean home, and extremely well stocked. The beds were all comfortable, as was the rest of the house. The pool/hot tub were our favorite spot to relax, which also had a TV, so we could watch the games at the same time. Sheila was very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!
