Wonderful stay with family! The house was clean and well-equipped. The hosts made arrival and checkout easy and provided a lot of information about the house and area. Easy walk to the beach and the shops and located just across from the park. The game barn was fun for kids as was the bunk room! Would love to stay here again.

Short family getaway

Our grown children and their families were in the area so we rented the house for a short get together. It was a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house met all our needs. Thanks for sharing your house with us. Cape Charles is such a charming area.

Lovely Home - Great Little Town

The home is as advertised. It was comfy and in a great location with the park across the street, the beach just down the road and the main street shops also close. The front porch was our favorite location in the house.

Fantastic stay for Spring Break

House was absolutely perfect. Outdoor space was fantastic for our corgi (yard and gated porch) to play. Plenty of room for older kids to spread out into the game barn. Very easy walk to the beach or town. Owners were lovely and very quick and thorough with communication. We’ve loved Cape Charles for years - but this is a new favorite!

Perfect getaway with family

This was the greatest house and we loved the game barn. It was just as advertised. My kids had a blast. We even played some of the games that were in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked and the grill worked great. This place was amazing!!

Cape Charles long weekend

The owners have done a great job renovating an historic home. It was clean, comfortable and had all the little things we needed. It was 95 so we did spend much time in the party barn, but it was a great place to hang out after dark. We were worried about 1.5 bathrooms, but the outdoor shower was nice, and I don't think anyone showered inside. Great house and great location.

Great house and hosts.

Beautiful home located next to a nice park and 2 blocks to everything. Friendly, gracious hosts, Michael & Ashleigh were very interested in making our stay exciting and memorable. They provided us with information covering every possible places or things to do in Cape Charles. They are quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help us find a golf cart rental when we were unable to find one. We had a wonderful vacation.We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families!

This property and the owners were great! The game barn was awesome to have especially since we had rain a couple days. So many things were provided with the house which was very helpful (kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, bike, shampoo/cond/wash, and more). The decor was wonderful and property is well kept and in an excellent location. The electronics, wifi, and AC all worked great. We always travel with our firestick for kids and used it on this trip in a guest room. We all had a great time and after many years of visiting CC, we may have finally found our favorite property and will be back!

Amazing Time in Cape Charles

We had the BEST time at this house. The front porch was truly magical. We spent so much time on the porch swing and relaxing on the porch which might be the best porch in all of Cape Charles. We had a toddler and a dog and the house was perfect for both of them and we very much appreciated the gate on the front porch to keep them all contained. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and everything in the house was very comfortable. Our toddler loved all the books and games that the house came with also. Only complaint is the water gets VERY hot very quickly in the house so we had to be very careful bathing the toddler or washing hands to make sure no one got burned.

Perfect location! Lovely home!

Our group was made up of two couples and two 17 year olds. The home was generously stocked and just the right fit for us. The game barn gave us a space to relax later into the evening! We rented a golf cart to “haul” our stuff to the beach but - with a beach access at the end of the street - it was a nice, short walk back to the house for restroom breaks or drink/snack refills! The park and splash pad are right across the street. We also loved starting our days relaxing on the large front porch having coffee and then appetizers before heading out to dinner. We will definitely visit Cape Charles again and hope this house is available when we return!

Relaxing Stay

The houses location to the downtown area and beach were incredible! We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to get back in our car after parking it! The house had everything we could think of and is such a charming place! The fenced yard could not have been better for our doggo and the game barn was perfect for one of the colder days! We will definitely be back!

Great Cape Charles Home

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo home in Cape Charles! The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the beach. The game barn was a huge hit with everyone in our group, providing lots of entertainment. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making our vacation truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

50th birthday celebration

We had spectacular weekend in Cape Charles for my 50th. We enjoyed the fire pit and barn. Home was so cute. Loved all the decor. Sofa was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and caters were able to work well in the kitchen. Loved the front porch sitting area. Location was perfect to walk to the restaurants, stores and the beach. Highly recommend the home. Only wish there was another full bathroom and then the home would be beyond perfect!

Very relaxing home

This is a fun home. Very comfortable, has plenty of bedrooms, and the backyard is awesome. We lit a fire outside daily, played chill music, and had a great time in the game barn. People who walked by the home thought we were a restaurant and asked if they could make a reservation. Very cool.

Amazing

This hiuse has it all! It rained our first day, but the games, books, movies, kept the kids happy....and the playroom kept EVERYONE happy! Beds are extra cozy. Kitchen HAS EVERYTHING! The front porch...we all fell in love with the twin bed sized SWING! AND THE BUNK BEDS, hands down winner! Everyroom had fans, and box fans to boot! We'll certainly be back!
