The Home
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a bonus loft comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. You'll love the coastal-inspired decor and modern amenities throughout.

Upgraded Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen awaits you with brand-new appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for cooking a family meal—from a blender and baking sheets to coffee, tea, and spices.

Relaxing Outdoor Spaces: Start your day with a cup of coffee on the inviting front porch, or unwind in the evening on the private, screened-in back porch—the perfect spot for a game of cards, safe from mosquitoes. The backyard also features a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Comfortable Bedrooms: All bedrooms are designed for a great night's sleep with light-filtering blinds and sound machines. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a massive tile shower in the ensuite bathroom. You'll find plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and hangers in every closet.

Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the living room and loft. The living room and Loft both feature large 55-inch Smart TVs, and we've even included a cellphone charging stations next to every bed for your convenience.

**Complimentary Access**
Your stay includes complimentary access to a variety of Bay Creek amenities, perfect for active and nature-loving guests. You can enjoy:

- A junior Olympic-size pool and separate kids pool
- Tennis and pickleball courts
- 4 private Bay Creek community beaches
- Over 10 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails at the community Nature Preserve; including a kayak launch point!

**Optional Resort Package**
Contact host to add the optional resort package for access to the Bay Creek Life Center where you can enjoy:
- Two resort style pools
- Water slide
- Splash pad
- Yard Games (corn hole, life-sized chess, etc)
- "Beach" Volleyball
- State-of-the-art fitness center
- Country club style locker rooms
- Book beach chair and umbrella reservations (on-season)

Please note that the fee applies to the entire duration of your stay and cannot be purchased for individual nights. We will send you a waiver to sign to get everything set up for you.
