    Set directly on the sand in Cape Canaveral, this third-floor condo offers calming Atlantic views, fresh ocean breezes, and a front-row seat to beautiful sunrises. Step onto your fully ocean-facing private balcony to soak it all in, or take the private beach walkway down to the shoreline just outside the building.

    The layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and longer stays.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the second full bath, making the space ideal for couples, seasonal guests, or visiting family.

    The fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, while the open living area provides a cozy space to unwind with the ocean as your backdrop. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

    Whether you’re escaping colder weather, working remotely by the sea, or simply craving a slower pace by the water, Windjammer offers a comfortable and welcoming coastal retreat.

    This home was previously listed as “Ocean Palms” and is now available again following recent building improvements. We’re excited to welcome guests back to enjoy the same beautiful oceanfront setting.

    Guests have full access to the entire condo, private beach walkway, heated community pool, building elevator, and parking.

    • 30-day minimum stay required
    • Quiet residential oceanfront community
    • Please note: The community is completing final exterior improvements, expected to be finished in April/May. Some daytime construction noise may be heard intermittently until work is complete. All amenities, including the beach and pool, remain open and accessible.

    Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property or its furnishings during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to the host as soon as possible so repairs can be arranged promptly. The cost of repair or replacement for any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the payment method on file.

    We know accidents can happen! Our goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

    Important Booking Requirement:

    After booking, please send us your best email address so we can provide the required HOA documents and instructions — including Rules & Regulations of Condo.

    All reservations are subject to HOA approval. Guests must complete a Notice of Intent to Lease (including basic tenant information) and submit a $75 application fee (separate from your booking payment).

    All documents and fees must be submitted prior to check-in for review and approval.

    Please note:
    • Approval is required before arrival
    • This is a mandatory HOA requirement (not within our control)
    • Late or incomplete submissions may result in delayed check-in
    HOUSE RULES
    1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
    2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
    3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
    4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
    5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
    6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
    7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
    8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
    9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
    10) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
    11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

    REPAIRS:
    We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

    The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

    Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental. Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do.

    Check-Out List

    Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
    We would greatly appreciate it!
    Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again!

    – Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
    – Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
    – Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
    – Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
    – Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
    – Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
    – Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
