Nice place we were there for a week … upon checking in we realized the property hadn’t been cleaned and beds were dirty from last renters … we notified Vrbo and the property manager (who seemed annoyed and bothered by our frustration and couple calls not just texting) she responded after several try’s, said “just go to dinner and find something to do” (after 20 hours in the car and being 3pm unshowered or changed dinner was the last thing on our minds. The owner reached out and said she and her daughter would be cleaning and the problem rectified within a couple hours she was very nice and I believe did there best but still ended up being 8 pm instead of 3pm before we could occupy the house w the kids and after a 20 hour drive really sucked… she was very nice and apologized and said at minimum the cleaning fee would be waived ($250) and “ the property manager would ‘take care of us’ we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Before we checked out I reached out to the property manager about the credits since I heard nothing from her all week and she said only $100 would be returned not even a late check out was offered. told her what the owner said and she just didn’t address it and ignored my concerns/understanding from owner and said it would be returned to the credit card paid with… no apologies no let me look into that nothing… so the owner seemed great but the “property manager” didn’t seem to concerned with the happiness or fairness and very inconvenient start to our vacation

Paradise for the books
This property in particular was one of the best places my family has stayed in, there was not a pac n play but I contacted the property management and was shortly greeted with one for my infant to sleep in, with a prompt response and solution. The villa was convenient to everything that is simple for a family to enjoy, it was one to keep the mind busy but relaxed at the same time. I definitely will recommend to everyone and when I plan to visit it will be my first look to book. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I loved my stay at The Laughing Dolfin. The location was great just a block from the beach. The place has been beautifully remodeled. I'd had a very tough week and this was the perfect place to relax and recharge!

The parking is a little messed up especially daily when the cleaning ladies come clean the other rentals! They weren’t friendly at all in my parking spot and then come out looking around being rude!! Other than the n that it wasn’t bad! I just don’t appreciate being treated that way when we payed good money for this place and it clearly tells you how to park! I’m sorry I figured you knew the rules if you clean this place!! I wouldn’t stay again clearly due to this issue! Btw tried to call the manager with no answer! But we didn’t let one Karen ruin our entire trip! But will definitely book else where next time!

Nice and quiet
Location was great, just a block away from the beach. It was clean and had what you needed. Communication with management services was prompt. If I had to recommend any improvement, it would be a lamp in the living room because the ceiling light is too harsh at night when you want to relax and read. Stay was too short.

Great location for a beach vacation
Location fantastic. Property was great great. Spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing time. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive. (5 min). Laundry on site as well. Only area of improvement is check in. We weren't provided the correct code to enter the unit and it took a bit of back & forth communication to figure it out. Advice-- confirm unit # and correct code 24 hours in advance. That will hopefully make your arrival smooth. I would recommend this property and come back again!
