March Break Holiday 2026 We stayed in one of the properties managed by Happy Palm Springs in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was fully equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It had spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made traveling with teens feel like a real luxury. The best part was the location. We were right on the beach, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Everything about the place felt relaxed and perfect. As a bonus, we even got to see a rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable. Amanda checked in with us a few times, but everything was so great there was nothing to report. It was truly an amazing place that had everything we needed. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back! Nancy and family

Great Location & Comfortable Work-From-Vacay-Stay

We booked this condo as our daughter was set to attend camp at Kennedy Space Center and we, being the adults, needed to still work some. We would drop her off in the morning, come back, my husband would swim a few laps in the pool, then we got to work - him set up in the dining room and me set up at the desk in the main bedroom. It worked out great! We would then enjoy the pool, beach, dinner out, etc. in the afternoons/evenings. We even got to watch 3 rocket launches just by walking out to the beach nearby. Enjoyed seeing bunnies, a tortoise and people watching from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Relaxing Stay on Beach

Wonderful property. Bright, comfortably furnished unit. Plenty of space to unpack and relax. Large terrace with view of the ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped for a family that likes to eat in a lot. Loved the full size washer/dryer. Would definitely rent it again. The property manager Amanda answers all questions very quickly and was very accommodating. The pool and property are very well kept. One of the very nicest VRBO properties we have rented and absolutely exactly as pictured.

Property was as depicted in pictures and very clean. Bonus was a kitchen well equipped . Whole complex was well maintained, plenty of parking and great location . We would definitely return to the same rental. Management company very responsive to questions.

Great Cape Canaveral Condo

Our family had a great stay in condo and in the Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach area. The unit was clean, well kept and thoughtfully amenitized. Our communication with Stay in Cocoa Beach was smooth. The condo complex pool, hot tub and location directly on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The two bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor and provided a nice view of the sunrise and ocean, and easy access to the pool area. We would recommend the place for anyone staying in the area.

An Amazing spot

It is a great secluded place away from alot of things especially Internet and devices and all those brainwashing noises. Great for teens! :-) great to explore the area you never know what you will find. Locals are friendly and nice to chat to. Plenty of room on the property for boats etc. Crays and pauas are definately on the menu here. A great place to go and take your dogs on holiday too. Hosts are great, weather was good, only rained one day out 6.

Wonderful location. Condo needs attention. Ant problem and furniture needs updating, especially master bedroom mattress. Overall we enjoyed our visit but could not have stayed any longer than the two weeks we were there.

A Great Two Months!

We are a retired couple and over the years have stayed in numerous Florida condos on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and in the Keys. Our stay at Cape Winds was hands-down the best experience we’ve had. Fabulous beach, convenient location, and recreational activities we enjoy. The Cape Winds property is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit was first rate - bright, clean and well equipped. The factor that really set this experience apart was the exceptional staff at Stay in Cocoa Beach: Kelsy sets the standard for responsiveness, helpful information and quick resolution of any issues that cropped up during our stay. We’ve already booked our 2023 Cape Winds vacation!

Can’t beat the location

We had a very comfortable stay at this clean and well equipped condo. Having a corner unit was great for maximum views and a little extra quiet. Nice location within the building as it’s farthest from the pool which was extremely crowded our entire stay (so crowded that we didn’t feel comfortable using it, but not surprising as it was the week just before July 4th.) The public beach ramp was super convenient from this unit, just steps away and closer than the building beach access. Being on the 2nd floor we had a great ocean view, the first floor in this building cannot see the ocean. Parking was ample and lots of covered parking is great in the heat. 25 min drive to KSC and almost walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier. Management company was exceptional with communication and very helpful. The building is more dated, but this unit was updated and we had no issues and were very comfortable all week. Would certainly stay in this unit again.

Extremely relaxing and close to the beach . Easy access to restaurants and shopping too

We were very happy with the entire property. All the residents were extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was just sorry it ended so quickly.
