  • This beautiful vacation beach home is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. You will appreciate the luxury vinyl plank floors, kitchen, and bathrooms in this recently renovated home. With over 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a private screen enclosed heated swimming pool, this property is ideal for families. Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.

    Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required.

For the most part everything was great about the house. Just like the pictures, clean and spacious. My family loved it! We enjoyed going for a walk to the nearby beach too. The fireplace (led lights) wasn’t working, and we had a pool cleaner and landscape crew show up unexpectedly, but nothing I felt I needed to address with the owner during our stay.

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay! House was fully stocked with everything you need, the only thing we needed was food. House is clean and cozy. Nice pool, kids swam in it daily. Close to beach!

Great Home at Great Location

House is a great location for access to the beach and Kennedy Space Center. Teresa was very responsive and hospitable. Pool was perfect for the kids. Will definitely look to stay here again!

I can't say enough good about this house. It had everything we needed and then some. But the biggest plus of all was the cleanliness and functionality of the house. Everything worked just like it should and the place was spotless when we walked in. All too often it is just the opposite at a vacation rental. Check in and check out were a breeze. Teresa was a great host and had lots of useful information about the area.

Nothing short of amazing!

This property was fantastic! The host was so responsive and even sent friendly reminders for things happening around town! This place was simply perfect for our family! We were so close to the ocean, had a great pool, and the comforts of home! Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway

We were walking distance to the beach which was an absolute gem. We enjoyed the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and enjoying sunset strolls along the sandy coastline made our stay unforgettable. The cozy accommodations and proximity to the ocean created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Great place for a family vacation

Excellent location, close to the beach and easy to get around the town. This was the best stocked VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in! The host was very responsive and even let us know of an upcoming rocket launch. Our kids are already asking if we can go back next year! Great place to stay!

Best vacation ever!

It was perfect. So close to the beach the property was well maintained and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. I would stay there for every visit to this area from now on.

Family fun

This is a great place to stay! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants, shops, and our activities. It was great to come home after a long day and take a dip in the pool. The house is very well stocked and Theresa was a super host! Planning to go back next year!

Very comfortable home.

We loved the location in a very quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the perfect size for the small children. Nice little walk to the quiet end of the beach.

Great location and host

Host was very quick in responding to questions and very helpful. The pool and short walk to the beach was amazing for our group of kids. Very relaxing!

Wonderful Family Stay

We stayed for week in this wonderful house. Great location a quiet neighborhood. Host kept us informed of local events, like a SpaceX launch and suggested viewing sites. Defiantly stay here again.

The house was great for my family. Their was 7 of us all together and we fit perfectly. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was nice. We drove but it’s definitely walkable. We didn’t need to bring anything for the kids which was nice. They supplied high chairs, pac n play, swim vests, and even a baby gate. It was nice. The owners were quick to respond and even let us know when a rocket launch was going to be happening which was fun! I would definitely stay again !

Annual Gathering

Four of us used the house as our base of touring the immediate area. Owners Teresa and Patrick were VERY accommodating and easy to communicate with. All of us were very satisfied with everything the home had to offer. Its location was great for us visiting Kennedy Space Center and fishing charter out of Port Canaveral. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area again.

Wonderful Vacation

The home was perfect! We traveled with our 8 month old and Teresa had everything we needed and more! She was so accommodating too. Every room was made up so nicely, and clean! The pool was heated and such an enjoyable area. The walk to the beach was short and easy, with clean beaches as well! Would visit again! Thank you!

Very nice place. Close to a lot of things to do. (Within a half an hour). Pool and patio area are much smaller then appears in the pictures. But, ended up working out just fine for 7 of us.

Great property!

This stay was the tail end of a two week trip. It was the perfect ending! Great proximity to the beach and was plenty big for us and our 6 children. Any questions/concerns were answered immediately. Very relaxing and we loved spending the evenings in the cozy backyard and pool after a day at the beach. Will definitely book again if visiting the area. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

This is our 3rd year staying here. Already booked for next year. This is a wonderful house to stay at especially with a family. Very quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the beach. Owners are very responsive if you have a need. Very clean. Definitely will continue to stay here as long as we can. You will not be disappointed!

2 Family getaway

Our 2 families came down for some fun in the sun and this place didnt disappoint. We had 4 adults and kids ages 17, 15, 14, 13 and 10. Plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and loved having the wagons to haul it all. The beach is literally a 7 min walk. Well stocked for spices in the kitchen which was nice. Loved having so many pool towels, regular towels, the fact that they provided dishwasher pods, laundry soap was an added bonus!! Only down side was that the floors needed a good scrub.

Wonderful, quiet locatoin

We spent the week after Christmas in this house with another family. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. I especially loved all of the bath towels and beach towels that were provided. I was worried with 10 of us that there wouldn't be enough towels. The location was amazing - the short walk to the beach was perfect. - Melissa

Hot July

It was hot, hot, hot for our family stay in Cape Canaveral. Six adults, an 11-year-old, 7-year-old, 3 year old and a two year old. The house was perfect for our group. We used the beach gear but it was just too hot and humid for the bikes (and I think there were enough bikes for all of us). The enticing pool and solid air conditioning saved us. Day trips to KSC and the Brevard Zoo, but otherwise the house was our main entertainment for a week long stay. This is probably the best vacation rental we have ever had!
