We only cancel reservations (outside of our cancellation policy) if there are evacuation orders for Cocoa Beach. Amenity access & availability are not guaranteed since they are outside of our control and subject to repair & maintenance. Climate control set by recommended industry guidelines for Florida. Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. No additional persons may be in the unit or use the amenities of the complex beyond the number booked. This is a Pet Free condo. Support animals must be addressed at the time of reservation. If you have special needs, you'll need to notify us at the time of reservation. Please be aware that we cannot respond to messages/calls between the hours of 11pm and 8am EST. *****
