I just came down to Cocoa for a couple days of deep sea fishing with a buddy of mine. This little beach house is awesome. Super easy check-in/check out. Cozy little backyard and walk straight out to the beach. 10 minutes from Jetty Park boat launch. Excellent

Beautiful house and private beach

We loved our stay at Erin and Bryan’s beach house. The house was very clean and decorated super cute! The townhouse is private and the beach is not crowded! The yard and outdoor space was nice to spend time in the evenings. Including the upstairs deck off the master.The grill worked great as well as all the appliances inside. While we stayed we got to see two rockets launch which was an awesome experience! Each year my family meets in Florida and the host was gracious letting them come by off and on. We were able to allow our pups to walk on the beach with us in the mornings and evenings too! Book it, you will love it!

A clean, comfortable, vintage gem

Stay here before there are no more beach houses left! We found the house very clean, very comfortable and as "beachy" beautiful as can be. There is construction that goes from 8-4 next door. This project will be ongoing for a long time. We spent our days out and about or down on the beach (lovely private beach entrance), so it did not ruin our stay. The upper decks and the outdoor areas are all shared with the other side of the duplex. We were lucky that no one was there after our first day. That being said, this is a true gem of a home. There is nothing like it that I'm aware of in the area. You can walk right out of the house on to the beach. The beds are comfortable with real cotton sheets, and nothing beats the morning views and the sound of the ocean. None of us wanted to leave. I would highly recommend this property, just be aware of the daytime construction and the openness between the two duplex units. Booking, check in and communication all fast, friendly, and easy.

Visiting the Space Coast

This lovely condo was the perfect location for a short family vacation! Favorites of the trip were the great views and access to the beach. The lower sun room was our favorite space! Looking forward to coming back sokn!

Fantastisch Location

The House is directly at the Beach, a private beach access takes you within 30m to the beach. It is very beutifully decorated and has everything one might Need during a beach vacation.The Location is wonderful and also the neighborhood is quiet.The house is a duplex and the walls are thin, so more energetic neighbors can be heard.My family and I very much enjoyed being there and would certainly come back one time.

As Advertised

The listing properly reflects the inside of the house. Its location is excellent just as it claims. The appliances are all new and in excellent condition. The beds and linens were also quite good. It was very clean and well stocked. We found the sofa and sunroom furniture to be somewhat old and needy. Along with the upstairs patio furniture we expected better for a highly rated property. The location of the TV's in the bedroom left something to be desired. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful pace to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! Our experience exceeded our expectations. The communication with Erin our host was above and beyond. She was available for our every need. You can see the ocean from the upper deck of the master and chill in front of the Florida room on the bottom level. This place has the ultimate vibe! We will never stay at any other spot near Cocoa Beach! Thank you so much!

Great Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (9 &12) and had a great time. Having private beach access was fantastic and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Erin was very responsive when we needed anything and we would definitely stay again!

Family beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this two story townhome. The location was tucked away from any major hotels/condos in the area. The beach was private and never once crowded. We also got to view several rockets launch from the beach and our upstairs balcony! The townhouse itself was very clean, “home-like”, and contained all necessities for cooking/laundry/cleaning. The beach is a short walk away from the downstairs French doors leading to an adorable bridge that takes you straight to the sand. All in all we would absolutely return to this beautiful beach front townhome again!

A wonderful get-away!

Lovely location. Your own personal walkway to the beach and wide, open ocean. The house was cute and could accommodate a family. It was great to have a kitchen to use, too. The main bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view deck. I loved my morning coffee there. (A large umbrella for the table would have made it perfect!) I struggled with back pain on the mattress a bit, but that could just be me. My favorite room was the sunroom. I did a lot of painting there!
