Excellent stay

10 layouts checked in for one night before going on a cruise. Location was close to the cruise terminal and slept is all comfortably. Only thing wrong was the fence around property was falling over but home was in great shape

Great overnight before a cruise

The listing is spot on accurate and the correspondences with the owner could not have been better. My family of 11 only stayed one night before a cruise but it was perfect for us leaving out of Port Canaveral. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and less than two miles from the port. Very clean home. Perfect for our needs and great for those on an extended stay as well. Highly recommend!

Just Passing through Cape Canaveral

Very nicely renovated property. Very close to the beach. There is limited parking on the property. We had more than 2 vehicles, 10 guests, and we had to park one vehicle off site. No problem. The property manager directed us to parking about one block from the property. I recommend this property if you are in the area.

We had 12 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. The home was very clean. The owner was very accommodating when we needed to stay a little longer the morning of checkout to wait for our shuttle. Definitely a place I would recommend to stay.

Our reservations were for only one night before our family of 9 set sail on a cruise. Due to weather and flight cancellations, our stay was short. So we only got to take a nap, shower and freshen up. The house was perfect and we wish we could of enjoyed it a little more.

Beautiful property, great location

We only stayed one night due to a cruise the next day but let me tell you this home was perfect for our needs and had plenty of room. It was exactly as described, so clean and decorated beautifully. We have talked about trying to get this home again for a vacation when in the area. This home comes with everything you would need and the homeowner was super nice. We were a few minutes late getting out due to my husband and son touring the local Fire Department and Alexander was understanding and so kind.

Clean and close to the beach !

My family stayed here the week of July 4th holiday. The house is very much updated with TVs, and great appliances. It’s exactly as listed in the description! This house is right off of A1A and is only 4 blocks away from the beach. It’s a very easy walk. If you would rather drive to the beach we found the public parking usually available and is free! The house has 2 parking spots. If you have additional vehicles, there is a Library with public parking one block down directly across from the police department. We always felt safe here. There’s plenty of beds and even a pull out sofa. Loved the property.

Perfection in the cap

This house is in the perfect location to a ton of bars/restaurants a few blocks to beach. We had our dogs with us and there is a fenced in yard also a doggie a few blocks away. Everything about this home was exceptional!

Great Stay!

Loved the property and the location. We enjoyed the big back yard as there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the fenced in areas. The walk to the beach was easy and quick!

Perfect for our family!

We loved staying here! Everything was very clean upon our arrival. And all items were well stocked. We really liked having the studio space for our 20 year old sons, they liked having their out bathroom, and escape from our other children. We went to the beach every day. There were chairs, and several other beach toys available for use at the house. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but if you prefer to drive, parking is easy right next to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Great location

The house was the perfect size for our family in a quiet neighborhood. A short 5 minute walk to the beach and just a 45 minute drive to all of the Orlando attractions to break up the beach time (which was a plus for me). I loved seeing the ships going in and out of the port (and we actually saw a submarine surface and be pulled into port by the tug boats). Only wish there had been a rocket launch because it is the perfect place for viewing!! Would totally recommend!!

Great Vacation!

Our stay at this home was amazing! The house was clean, exactly as described, and well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. There were plenty of supplies and games for family fun. We all LOVED staying here for our vacay ! The owner was also very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again !

Great location! Perfect beach stay

My friends and I rented the house and attached studio and we had a blast. 5-10 min walk to a quiet beautiful beach with view of the Kennedy space center. We went to Disney twice and it was only an hour away! Perfect location for what we were looking for. 5 minute drive to Cocoa Beach and some fabulous bars/restaurants. The property itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay here again! :)
