It was partly my fault for not confirming reservation with owner and/or vbro. I drove across the state and went to the door to look for clues to get in. Someone inside said they had rented the room and gave me the owners number. Owner didn’t pick up.. I had to dig through Expedia and vbro to find the owner had sent a msg that she couldn’t rent it due to plumbing issues. Again it was my fault for not confirming but there apparently were not plumbing issues. But Expedia said (paraphrase) you’re all set. Expedia-vbro-owner… Hope I get my money back.

dirty and broke down
worst place i have ever stayed in, well only one night. the place was never cleaned before we got there, the bed was broke down, we couldn't even sleep there, at night we heard people at our door{whitch had no security lock on it} it was not safe for my wife so we went up the road and rented a hotel room.

Would stay here again
It was exactly what we were looking for. We knew we really only needed a place to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. One disclaimer and this is my own fault for not reading the description better, the bed is a full sz. For my husband and myself it was tight, but this is not on the property or the owner. If that matters to you just be aware.

Great location to stay prior to our cruise We were located less than 15 minutes from our terminal We were both able to enjoy an amazing hot shower important Kitchen had everything we needed and then some The host was very responsive and was available when we had questions. There was a small issue with air conditioner and or was resolved quickly Thanks for great experience

The small A/C (normal for property size) couldn’t be turned to a lower temp or it leaked water EVERYWHERE including the electrical socket! Very dangerous. Tried reaching out to host but email wouldn’t go thru. Only stayed one night so we were hot, but ok. I could tell the a/c had been broken for a while because water damage was old. This unit would be perfect if the a/c were repaired.

Good for the price
This location is only 2 blocks from the beach and is a very easy walk. The room itself is nice and comfy, with cute decor. Though the bed is comfortable, the box spring was split in half so the bed sagged a bit in the middle (not dramatically) The outside patio is shared with 3 other rooms. The area was not picked up and had a very old non-functioning hot tub full of really nasty water covered in animal feces. There was however a table with chairs that were clean. We would stay here again as the inside was nice enough for our needs.

Filthy!
The bed was filthy. I tried to correspond with the owner and customer support with VRBO and all I got was “sorry”. No refund, no credit , nothing. Near $200 just for one night in a Sh**thole. What a lesson to teach me just to stick with @ir_bnb!

The location is good and we are grateful to the host due to his care and attention as we arrived in morning time and he helped us with early checking free; only the bed condition was disturbing a lot, and the lightning was not working: the rest was great

This property is a great place for a short stay at cocoa beach.
The property looks lovely, but there are some finishing work and cleaning that should be done. We were pleased to have it for one night before our cruise.

Pictures don't tell all
The stay was ok. The unit was clean. Property needs some work, the Air doesn't cool correctly. We needed the ceiling fan plus two other fans and still was 83 inside. The shower floor looked and felt like you were walking on a riverbed full of riverstones...ouch. The vertical blinds moved and sounded like someone was in the room with us. Curtains would be better in my opinion. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The bed leaned to the left and was a Murphy bed. It was sufficient for a night or two, but not longer than that.

This was the perfect little getaway. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach! A super quiet location, such a cute condo! Will definitely be staying here again!

Smelled terrible, old furniture
The strong smell of cleaning solution on the floor made us sick. The room is not the room pictured above. Furniture was old, especially the soft-mattress bed which was full, not queen size. Low-class neighborhood.

Not Good for the Price
Entered into the premise finding a dead roach as the very first thing I saw where my foot cross the threshold. It’s semi-topically good but there are signs of rotting baseboards holes found another roach clinging to its life the outside was extremely dirty the shower needs to be bleached just definitely not what I was expecting in a very bad way.

Great Location
This VRBO location is perfect! I very short walk to the beach, and we used the bikes and rode to the pier every night! I do recommend brining your own beach towels!

The location was ok and it was clean, but the bed is very loose against the wall the whole backboard moves every time you sit on it? The hot tub was out of order and there is a three-inch screw at the bottom of the patio door exit? Could be very dangerous.

Hidden gem steps from the beach
Loved the location of this property, was in walking distance to a cute cafe, the beach and some bars. The property itself is thoughtfully decorated and what appears newly renovated. Highly recommend!
