The place felt filthy! The floors, rugs, furnace filters, were all disgusting. There were no towels, washcloths , dishcloths or dish towels in any of the units. I brought towels from our condo for them to use. One of our grandchildren found a stack of stuff in the one garage but they smelled like chemicals so badly that we washed everything before we could use them. The dishwasher in the three-bedroom unit smelled and the filter was so gross that, even after the owner stopped and wiped it, we washed dishes by hand the entire week! The one grill didn’t work at all and the second one only had two burners that worked. The owner said she’d be there between 10-12 the following day with a new grill but didn’t show up until 1:30. That meant people sat around for half a day, waiting. She changed the furnace filters but didn’t wipe any of the dust and grime from the closets! I have a daughter who is a cancer survivor and highly affected by dust and mold, which I explained to the owner. She made excuses to my husband about how much she paid her cleaners and that they charge extra to clean dishwashers and baseboards. When my husband told her there weren’t any towels in any of the units and that we found some in the garage she said that garage was supposed to be locked and she removed the key. She asked if we wanted to check out. We had 18 family members who flew in for Christmas! Where would we put them? It was NOT a positive experience! I have pictures and a longer list if anyone wants
