our host was fantastic, Georgia was so gracious and accommodating!!! we will definitely stay there again, she made sure our vacation started out and ended great. we were a big group. game room great, pool and two hot tubs,hot tubs and pool cleaned professionally twice the 7 days we were there! golf cart a hit.

This was the best house we have stayed in! The space was clean, cozy and beautiful. The backyard was amazing and the beach is so close. Having the golf cart was great! The host was so wonderful about communicating and so sweet. I 1000 % would recommend!

The place felt filthy! The floors, rugs, furnace filters, were all disgusting. There were no towels, washcloths , dishcloths or dish towels in any of the units. I brought towels from our condo for them to use. One of our grandchildren found a stack of stuff in the one garage but they smelled like chemicals so badly that we washed everything before we could use them. The dishwasher in the three-bedroom unit smelled and the filter was so gross that, even after the owner stopped and wiped it, we washed dishes by hand the entire week! The one grill didn’t work at all and the second one only had two burners that worked. The owner said she’d be there between 10-12 the following day with a new grill but didn’t show up until 1:30. That meant people sat around for half a day, waiting. She changed the furnace filters but didn’t wipe any of the dust and grime from the closets! I have a daughter who is a cancer survivor and highly affected by dust and mold, which I explained to the owner. She made excuses to my husband about how much she paid her cleaners and that they charge extra to clean dishwashers and baseboards. When my husband told her there weren’t any towels in any of the units and that we found some in the garage she said that garage was supposed to be locked and she removed the key. She asked if we wanted to check out. We had 18 family members who flew in for Christmas! Where would we put them? It was NOT a positive experience! I have pictures and a longer list if anyone wants

This house was awesome! There was so much space. Initially we thought the 3 different apartments would be hard to be together but it worked great. One apartment was the meal and common hang out area and the outside worked well too. Plus everyone had their own space. This was also the most well stocked house .. beach towels, chairs, surf board and toys, spices, soaps, etc. and it was close to the beach and the golf cart worked as a shuttle to and from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Enjoyed some of the unexpected wildlife. The pool was a little warm for August but we all used to it every day. Wi-fi at times was a little slow, but nothing major. Fans inside helped keep things cool. A few things weren’t working here and there and we just let the owners know and they were willing to take care of them right away.

Filthy!! I was allowed to check in 1 hr. early and the cleaning crew was already gone. We rented the entire place for 7 days. 22 of us! The place was noticeably dirty so I called the manager, she came over right away and started cleaning as I showed her all the hairy dust balls all over everything including in the fridge, the dirty bedding still folded up in the sleeper sofa. In the 3rd apt(the biggest) the dish washer didn't work, the ice maker had no water lines hooked to it, mold in the others ice makers, finger nail found with the silverware, giant bug under the sink. I told the manager that i was embarrassed to have my family stay here and all she would say was I am not giving you any money back!! I told her I wasn't asking for anything back! I just wanted what we paid for! And we didn't get our moneys worth. The patio/outside all could use a good pressure wash. the floor was slimy where the outside shower was and a trip hazard. The golf cart was nice but you had to walk through a disaster of a garage. Nothing was organized. Air mattress wadded up in a corner, we had to hunt down enough pots/pans from other apts. not enough towels for 22 ppl to shower, dining chairs stained, couches worn, vacuum didn't work, not a broom to be found, oven only worked on low,. What is up with not stripping the beds, That makes me think that we slept in someone's dirty sheets! I worn sock or shoes the entire time because I felt DIRTY my entire vacation. We feel cheated!

Great place for vacationing with multiple families. 3 separate apartment/living areas, but living spaces big enough for everyone to come together. The golf cart, astroturf, hot tubs and fencing around the pool were great to have. Beach access is very close and really nice as well. Not too busy.

We had a great week at this property. Rhonda is easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside space. The pool and hot tubs were used daily. The beach is not too far to walk but the golf cart made it so convenient. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of space. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for the beach. We do feel like the place could use a deep clean but we also feel that may have a lot to do with the renters before us. We arrived right at 4 and rushed the cleaners as they were finishing. We were just so excited to get our vacation started. Our apologies on that. We would consider staying here again.

Great for a big family

Property was great for our extended family. The common area outside with a view from each room was really convenient. The golf cart and close location to the beach was absolutely perfect. House was stocked with plenty of stuff. In the event we needed something, a quick message to the host got things there or let us know where they were at. Having the grilling area was a huge plus. Everyone of all ages had a great time. However, there were a few things that needed attention during our visit. The air in apartment 3 was not working at first, but the host called in an emergency call and they were able to get it fixed within an hour or two which was much appreciated. Also, the fridge in the same apartment was not cooling properly which took a few days to figure out. The host had a backup fridge there the same day it was reported which worked great. The same apartment had a broken microwave which hadn’t come in yet but we brought up the spare from the game room so was not a big deal. Also, one of the dishwashers was broken and was supposed to get replaced but hadn’t come in yet. Not a big deal. One last issue with a large parade of ants was being combated daily in apartment 2. The host was called and the exterminator was supposed to come. Not sure if they did, but we used a bunch of Terri. Sometimes when it rains, it pours, we understood. The host responded quickly to try and get these issues solved. Overall, everyone enjoyed their stay. This place was perfect for a large family!

Great for large groups

This is our second stay at this property. We had a great time, the golf cart is always a huge bonus to go back and forth to beach, although the beach is quite a walkable distance. This stay however, we noticed a decline in the over all state of the property. One of the dishwashers was broken and slated to be repaired but the part didn’t fix it. If it was just this, probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. But a different fridge/freezer wasn’t working properly, a microwave was broken, the dryer had a hard time keeping up, and the grills were just hanging on. There was a dead lizard in one of the bathtubs and lots of ants inside and out. The appliance concerns were related to the host,but at some point we just wanted to enjoy our time and made do with the situation. As the organizer for our group, I did not appreciate having to be a go between for the repairs, watching for deliveries and having to take pictures of orders and serial numbers.

Cape Canaveral Fun

We used the whole place. Definitely would recommend this place for big groups. It has a lot to offer with private pool 2 hot tubs and game room. It was also the best stocked VRBO I’ve been to. Great communication with the owner too! We had no issues but they were having something repaired and we got ample notice about the repair. Lots of restaurants and great beaches very close.

Christmas Holiday

We had an amazing week with everyone. The property was perfect for us. Having 3 seperate apartments was ideal, the younger folks could stay up playing games without disturbing those of us that wanted a little more sleep. Everyone had something fun in the game area. The outdoor area was great for sitting and visiting with each other. We just absolutely loved it.
