1 km from Cala Agulla, this spectacular villa with pool and garden offers plenty of space for 10 guests, in Capdepera, northeast Mallorca.



The east is famous for the dream beaches that are 5-15 minutes drive away by car. Among the most beautiful are Son Moll, Cala Mesquida and Font de Sa Cala. Capdepera with its castle and picturesque old town also has many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Capdepera Golf Course is 6 km from the villa. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy a good dinner and a nice walk along the seafront promenade. In Artá there is a market every Tuesday that is worth a visit.



Surrounded by nature and tranquility is the Son Jaumell estate, a true gem of a house. The pool is undoubtedly the favorite spot for the whole family. Around it, you can choose one of the sun loungers and sunbathe while the children play in the garden. Pool towels are provided for your greater comfort. On the porch overlooking the garden, the family gathers to celebrate a barbecue. The patio in the entrance area offers another furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast. The outdoor bathroom with toilet and shower is very practical. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, living room with Smart TV, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower as well as 2 double bedrooms with access to the garden. Due to the structure of the house, there are 2 bedrooms on the -1 floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. The fifth bedroom is located in an annex and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A washing machine, iron/ironing board, WiFi and a crib/high chair complete the equipment.



Things to note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
