"Second time we visited villa sa torre. As usual the process was easy as it can get. Communication at short notice is not a problem. Even a flexible check-in was possible. The house is clean and also has a new heat exchanger and water pump for enough pressure. All in all great experience and vacation. Thanks to Laura and her father we had a great time, as always. 10/10 recommendation. Definetely coming back!"

"We stayed with a family of 5, 3 adolescents. Sufficient space for everybody with 2 bathrooms. Most important; the beach and centre of Cala Ratjada is on walking distance (5-10 minutes) but the house is located in a silent neighbourhood. While the children went out, wee spent many nights sitting on the terrace, enjoying the company of a good book, cold cava, smell of flowers and sound of crickets. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!"

"Wer Stadtgeräusche Tag und Nacht in seinem Urlaub braucht, ist in dieser Wohnung sehr gut aufgehoben. Da wird schon mal nachts um 1 Uhr die Mülltonnen geleert, tagsüber wird permanent die Hotelanlage gegenüber beliefert. Lieber bezahle ich einen höheren Mietpreis, als nochmals so eine laute Whg zu mieten."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in der Villa. Alles hat gepasst. Die herzliche Begrüßung durch den Verwalter Pablo, das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevoll eingerichtete Inneneinrichtung (nagelneue Küche und ebenso neue Bäder), der glitzernde Pool, der Garten, die vielen Balkone und Terrassen…. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern (insbesondere Tanja) war sehr freundlich und alle Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Rundherum ein perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus mit...

"Wir waren im April zu Gast. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Christin war sehr nett und konnte bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Links und rechts neben dem Haus gibt es Mehrfamilienhäuser, die haben uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke :-)"

"Wir haben mit 10 Personen 1 Woche dort gewohnt. Tolles Haus, mit großen Garten und schöner überdachter Terrasse am Pool. Herrlich, wenn die Sonne beim Abendessen rumkommt. Es ist ein stilvolles Haus, das ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist (ein Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab, ein Badezimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden) Uns hat es nicht gestört und sehr gut dort gefallen. Die Beschreibung passt, alles zentral und fussläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder, die Betreuung war sehr gut!"
