"We stayed with a family of 5, 3 adolescents. Sufficient space for everybody with 2 bathrooms. Most important; the beach and centre of Cala Ratjada is on walking distance (5-10 minutes) but the house is located in a silent neighbourhood. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!"

"Wir haben mit 10 Personen 1 Woche dort gewohnt. Tolles Haus, mit großen Garten und schöner überdachter Terrasse am Pool. Herrlich, wenn die Sonne beim Abendessen rumkommt. Es ist ein stilvolles Haus, das ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist (ein Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab, ein Badezimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden) Uns hat es nicht gestört und sehr gut dort gefallen. Die Beschreibung passt, alles zentral und fussläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder, die Betreuung war sehr gut!"

"As mentioned in other reviews, the pictures don't do the house justice: it's really spacious and perfectly located. The swimming pool is great. Huge king bed in the master bedroom. 10-12 min walk to the beach. Two small supermarkets for food and drinks (or a 10 min drive to a large one). Several hikes starting from the resort, including to other beaches. We had a great week!"
