Al Mennucci is a beautiful holiday home (130 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to eight people comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Colle Di Compito, Italy and only 17 km (11 mi) from Lucca. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.

Your Experience
This house was originally an old hayloft which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 km to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance.
Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.
After arriving at Al Mennucci you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
