Staff is amazing. Special thanks to Emir, he managed our balloon, green tour, hotel pick up and drop off… any question we had he replied via WhatsApp at the second.
The room are beautiful and the terrace is great as well

"The rooftop terrace is absolutely the best place to watch the hot air balloons. Seeing them from there was truly a bucket-list experience and something I will never forget.
The bathroom had a slight damp smell, but I think that’s part of the experience of staying in a cave hotel. Other than that, everything was good.
They had a box breakfast for us waiting since we had to leave very early to the airport.🙂"
