"Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. "We enjoyed our overnight stay. After a long drive the room was clean, the shower was strong, and the. Ire was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast delivered right to our door in the Light Blue suite. Luca was very helpful when we lost our way and came outside to meet/find us. Sometimes gps can be confusing on small streets and Luca left us very good directions and vantage points. The only thing we did t expect were the few flight of stairs going down and then up again. "

"La propiedad es pequeña pero acogedora. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Está un poco alejada de la ciudad pero no tuvimos problemas porque teníamos carro alquilado y hay donde parquear. Así nos pudimos mover tranquilamente a las diferentes ciudades alrededor. Gigi que es de los dueños fue muy amable y el desayuno estaba rico inclusive un día nos complació con huevos revueltos. En general todo muy bien. "
